Pretty much anywhere on the property. Oh, and great long distance views. Great place for thinking, writing and writing code. Lots of open Space for hiking and biking nearby.

Our home is located on a quiet, tree lined street in Willow Glen. Our ranch style home has lots of natural light with a full outdoor kitchen and outdoor sitting area. The open kitchen and living room/dining allow for lots of interaction.

Unique industrial space perfect for film and photo shoots in the heart of the San Francisco Peninsula – San Carlos. Located halfway between San Francisco and San Jose, our film and photography studio is perfect for all types of artistic projects or events. Our space is great for photoshoots, interviews, product shoots, and much more.

Our space is an ideal one for outdoor private parties. With the outdoor kitchen that includes BBQ grill and stove, our place becomes ideal for gatherings. We have a gazebo where you can be more cozy and still enjoy the outdoors! It's a big backyard with barbecue, mini outdoor kitchen, gazebo and good lighting. It's a long alley with plants on the side so gives a very beautiful photogenic decor. Enjoy both the covered part in gazebo and the outdoor backyard! This can be used for parties, photo studio, studio for hobby classes etc. where you can conduct outdoor meetings, photography with good lighting and backyard decor. You are free to add your own personal touch if needed. For any special occasion, be it a baby shower, wedding party, bridal shower, music video shoot, birthdays, bbq or just any event you want to get out and chill with family and friends, our place is a perfect spot! There is a lot of space for free parking on the driveway as well as street. We are close to I-880 freeway and a 1 min walk away from gas station, food plaza, Burger King. NOTE: We have the lowest per hour rate and very minimum cleaning fee, in order for us to continue to keep that low, we request our guests to pick up their trash in provided bags and do a basic cleaning. Please avoid doing the following: 1. Uncleaned cake spills 2. Putting food in sink drainage or clogging 3. Broken glass pieces of bottles, vase not cleaned/picked up 4. Decorative Confetti in premises OTHER SERVICES: We support local small businesses and had received some contacts for the following services: 1. CATERING: Indian snacks like samosas, cutlet, sandwiches etc. at an affordable price. Ask us for a full menu to find out what's available. Other cuisines also available by renowned chefs. 2. RENTAL FURNITURE: Renting furniture at an affordable price. Let us know if you are looking for it and we can surely provide that information as well. Welcome to our house. We happily rent it out for film production and photo shoots. Our house is a traditional home with a varied style. There’s both a mix of antiques and new furniture. You’ll find interior barn doors and an old red wall dial phone. Overall, the feeling is both warm and inviting, comfortable, and updated. Our front parlor gives the impression of stepping back in time. The gourmet kitchen is colorful, bright and whimsical. Upstairs we have three bedrooms. We’ve lived in our house for 25 years and my husband’s love of gardening shows. In 2020 we updated our backyard with a patio area that has a fire pit table, chairs, a sun umbrella and a garden shed. In July 2023 we remodeled our whole garage from top to bottom. We're minutes away from freeways, restaurants and shopping. There's street parking and a dead end cul de sac just 200 feet away. The house was remodeled in 2011. The gourmet kitchen is a joy to cook in. The island is a beautiful walnut with it's own sink. The countertops are done in granite. A focal point is the 48” professional burgundy stove/ovens with a whimsical flower backsplash. There are white cabinets and hardwood flooring. The windows and french doors open up to the lush backyard. The kitchen and dining areas are 375 SQ FT. General Rules No adult filming No smoking Heavy furniture can only be moved with prior owner approval. Please use coasters on all wooden furniture and on the fire pit table. All events must be over and cleaned up by 10 p.m. due to neighborhood noise curfews. Pets on the premises with prior owner approval. No standing or sitting on the walnut island. Our cats will be shut in one of the bedrooms and the door must remain closed. Production insurance is required. Guests must show proof of insurance. If you don't already have insurance you can get it through this site- https://www.theeventhelper.com Guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. You are welcome to move things around in order to get the shot with the look that you're after. Please take pictures first so that you can put things back as you found them. If it's really large furniture or fragile then please check in with me first. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours.

The studio is located in the heart of historical Downtown Sunnyvale. It’s conveniently located walking distance to Caltrain. The studio boasts backdrops ranging from 53″ all the way up to 108″. Equipped with studio lights, ample natural light, a wide range of thoughtfully selected props, toiletries/hair accessories, office equipment, bathroom, 269 sqft of usable working space, clothing rack, a table and chairs that extends for larger or smaller usage, and so much more! The studio was designed not only to be convenient and fully furnished for creatives, but also to be a space inspiring creativity with endless possibilities. This studio is ideal for those needing a local place to shoot photo work and/or to co-work on the peninsula. Please don't hesitate to ask if you have any questions. The beautiful property, located in the middle of Silicon Valley, is roughly 3400sq/ft main house plus a 500sq/ft ADU. The house has recently been remodeled in the style of California Craftsman with wooden casement windows. The Craftsman home has Brazilian Red Cherry floors. The guest ADU unit is in the back of the property and used to be an external garage. Yes, there is a long driveway to the ADU. The backyard is enclosed by double gates, a fence, and the main house. The front yard and the backyard are exquisitely manicured. To top it all off there is a white picket fence in front of the house which has a wooden gate that invites you in! p.s.
