The Space
Spacious Loft with Huge Windows which provide plenty of natural sunlight. Windows are north-east facing and get direct light in the morning and no direct light in the afternoon. The space has been designed with tasteful iconic mid-century furniture. Our furniture is extremely costly so please be cautious and take care of it. No shoes are allowed on the rugs AND you may not stand on the furniture since it cannot be cleaned if it gets dirty/ damaged. The building has 1 passenger elevator and 1 freight elevator. The freight elevator schedule is MONDAY- FRIDAY (7:30 AM-7:00 PM). Building working hours 24/7 The building is located near many parking lots. You can also use the street meters but be careful with the time to not receive any tickets. PERFECT FOR Fashion Photography, E-commerce Product Shots, Social Media Content Creators, Commercial and Print Photography, Product Shots, Interviews, Fitness, Podcast, Photoshoots and Videos, Apparel Shoots, Headshots, Lingerie Shoots, Filming, TV series etc. REMINDER: your set up and clean up MUST be done within your booking period. As soon as your booking period ends we may have a booking starting right after. Please be considerate and leave on time. Before you leave it is your responsibility to make sure that all furniture is moved back to its original location. STANDARD OVERTIME RATE IS 1.5X SECURITY CAMERAS: *We do have a camera on the space to monitor: safety, arrival and departure times, overtime, extra charges and damages. We do not keep any footage unless Spacer asks for proof of the above. No Live Bands or Performances for music videos NO STANDING ON THE FURNITURE. A substantial cleaning fee or replacement fee will be added to the booking for guests who stand on, dirty damage our furniture. NO SHOES ON RUG. NO SMOKING, NO VAPING, NO CANDLE BURNING, NO INCENSE in studio AND building, NO HAZE OR FOG MACHINE. NO PAINTING, GLITTER OR CONFETTI ALLOWED. NO LOUD MUSIC. Music may ONLY be played at the lounge level. Failure to respect the space and surrounding business by playing loud music will result in the early termination of the booking. NO PETS ALLOWED. Turn up with Pet, the booking will be immediately canceled. STRICT FOOD AND DRINK POLICY. Food and drink consumption is only allowed using our fold-up furniture. Strictly no food or drink to be consumed on our furniture.

The safety and well being of our guests is our top priority. We are committed to the overall wellbeing of our guests and have taken additional measures to ensure the cleanliness of our space. We have updated and developed cleaning and safety policies to help limit the impact of the COVID-19 spread on our guests and employees. We refer to the recommendations from the World Health Organization (WHO) and CDC Guidance for Cleaning and Disinfecting (CDC) to implement the following: Cleaning We are implementing enhanced cleaning procedures in our space to protect our guests. These include: Our staff is following the cleaning and hygiene guidance recommended by the CDC We are thoroughly cleaning our space and all shared surfaces regularly, before and after each booking, with disinfectant We use detergent to remove dirt, grease, dust, and germs. Once the surface is clean, we spray with a disinfectant. We are providing hand sanitizer and anti-bacterial wipes to our guests We provide essential amenities such as hand soap, paper towels, and tissues, a trash can with foot pedal, paper toilet seat cover dispenser, etc. We ventilate the space before cleaning and it was used We are disinfecting our space using the following disinfectant certified service: (fill in your provider) Hygiene While our space is in use we ask to please follow these hygiene guidelines: Wash your hands frequently and properly Use your arm or sleeve when coughing or sneezing, and use hand sanitizer regularly Dispose of tissues immediately and wash hands or use sanitizer any time you have used tissues If You Are Sick For everyone's safety, we are asking guests who are displaying even mild flu-like symptoms, including fever, cough, and cold to stay home. Please notify us if you or one of your team members or guests are diagnosed with COVID-19 and have used our space or facilities in the past 30 days. Social distancing We are strongly encouraging our guests to keep social distancing while meeting at our space and will not allow bookings for a large number of participants. Event Services Our vendors providing food and beverages, and other even services, are following our Health & Safety Policy guidelines.
