I am a filmmaker and record label owner in Chicago, IL. I regularly produce independent Fantasy / Horror movies and distribute officially licensed soundtracks on vinyl. I live about a mile away from the office / space / studio, so if you need anything I'm just down the road :)

The Space

Embrace the power of green with our 12' x 17' on-site green screen cyclorama. Concrete floors allow for a myriad of filming opportunities (athletics, instructionals, bouncing, jumping, etc.). Our screen meets the natural floor, so it is NOT a raised stage. By December 1st, 2020, the green screen will also feature an overhead grid for hanging your lights and lighting the greenscreen backdrop. Outlets are located in the ceiling overhead, which makes powering up your lights an absolute breeze. There is a small but comfortable seating area for your talent or for when you need a break. A 50" TV is connected to WiFi, or you can plug your laptop / computer in and preview the day's footage. Do not use the desks in the back, computers, or take any items off of the black shelving. Health and SafetyHealth & Safety Policy

The host, JOHN POCHOP, does not assume any responsibility for the health and safety of his guests during their time at 4541 N RAVENSWOOD AVE #106, otherwise known as the Cartridge Thunder offices. When hanging lights or climbing ladders, guests must assume their own risks and be extremely careful. The host will put forth his best effort to make sure the space is clean and in accordance with COVID-19 safety protocols. IN REGARDS TO COVID-19 Cleaning We are implementing enhanced cleaning procedures in our space to protect our guests. These include: Our staff is following the cleaning and hygiene guidance recommended by the CDC We are thoroughly cleaning our space and all shared surfaces regularly, before and after each booking, with disinfectant We use detergent to remove dirt, grease, dust, and germs. Once the surface is clean, we spray with a disinfectant. We are providing hand sanitizer and anti-bacterial wipes to our guests We provide essential amenities such as hand soap, paper towels, and tissues, a trash can with foot pedal, paper toilet seat cover dispenser, etc. We ventilate the space before cleaning and it was used We are disinfecting our space using the following disinfectant certified service: (fill in your provider) Hygiene While our space is in use we ask to please follow these hygiene guidelines: Wash your hands frequently and properly Use your arm or sleeve when coughing or sneezing, and use hand sanitizer regularly Dispose of tissues immediately and wash hands or use sanitizer any time you have used tissues If You Are Sick For everyone's safety, we are asking guests who are displaying even mild flu-like symptoms, including fever, cough, and cold to stay home. Please notify us if you or one of your team members or guests are diagnosed with COVID-19 and have used our space or facilities in the past 30 days. Social distancing We are strongly encouraging our guests to keep social distancing while meeting at our space and will not allow bookings for a large number of participants.

Please note the 17' backdrop is not "pre-lit." While we do have lighting on the 12' section of the cyc, you will need to rent additional lighting in order to light the 17' wall. We will be adding additional lighting to the grid at a later date. Rates subject to change at that time.
