Come enjoy our charming renovated 1930's bungalow located in the up and coming Capitol View neighborhood! One of the most unique aspects about the home (besides the homey feel) is an in-home bar/pub in the converted attic space! Downstairs there is a modern updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a dining and living room, and finally two bedrooms downstairs and the bathroom. The main bedroom has a queen, the other bedroom has two twin beds. Upstairs the attic has been converted into a loft for relaxing and sleeping. It has a queen bed on one side of a partitioned wall, the other side has a high top table and chairs for sharing a glass of scotch or a beer. And not to worry, there are two window boxes for AC in the lofted area, so it stays cool during the summer! Capitol View is a historic neighborhood in Atlanta known for his beautiful craftsman bungalows mostly built in the 1930's. Another amazing quality, is that there is a cookie factory not far away, which literally makes the whole neighborhood smell like fresh baked cookies! Our fully insulated sound stage, labeled "STUDIO A" in the floor plan photo, boasts a spacious 9,000 sq ft of production space, complete with a variety of industry-specific amenities to ensure your project is a success. Our sound stage features two corner white cycs, measuring 40' L x 25' W x 13' H, providing ample space for your production needs. Additionally, we have a grid for lighting, ensuring optimal lighting for your shoot. Our soundstage is soundproofed with K13 insulation, ensuring that any noise from the outside is kept to a minimum. We have a silent HVAC system to keep the temperature and ventilation optimal for your production. We also offer 400 Amp 3-Phase Electrical Power, providing ample power for all your equipment. We understand the importance of comfort for cast and crew; that's why we have a greenroom included, a bathroom with a shower, and a kitchen space for food and beverages. We also have a conference room available for meetings or pre-production planning. Our facility also includes an insulated bay door for loading and vehicle access, ample parking in front and back, and a car detailing/special FX area with a drain and utility sink. We also offer high-speed internet access with Comcast Gig Speed Internet and camera and equipment packages available for rent. Our facility is easily accessible and convenient for your production needs.

This is an excellent space for a variety of gatherings - business/product launches, art shows, pop-ups, brunches, photoshoots, at the soft loft you can make all your ideas become reality. Holds up 40-50 comfortably (standing). Along with the hosting space itself, there is a quaint waiting room with comfortable seating for when your guests arrive. A modern, black bathroom is available in the space as well, along with a full kitchen area at your convenience. Please note weekend rates are higher due to demand! Set up and breakdown time must be included in your booking hours. If you are needing to extend your booking past 12am, it will be a $150 an hour.
