Welcome to the Chanel Chateau! Enjoy your stay in our “Coco Chanel” inspired Loft! Decked out with all the glitz and glam you can think of, this is a girl's dream vacation! With 2 large bedrooms, 2 full-sized bathrooms with walk-in closets, and a large fully-equipped kitchen, you'll have everything you need to make your stay absolutely perfect! Soaring ceilings with enormous windows, luxurious sheets and towels, and all the glitz and glam you could want make this the perfect getaway for your city retreat! Enjoy soaks in the large garden bathtubs, take pictures at the sparkly photo wall, do manicures with the provided nail polish, and much more - all in one of the best locations in Atlanta! (Please note that upon your reservation you will be charged a $100 "community fee". This is security for the key fob you will use during your stay. It will be returned to you once I've verified that the key fob has been returned to its proper place after checkout.) Our state-of-the-art facility in North Atlanta is the foremost choice for film, commercial, photography, and music video production. Our highly advanced sound stage, identified as "STUDIO A" in the floor plan photo, encompasses 9,000 square feet of production space. Equipped with a range of industry-specific amenities, our facility ensures the success of your project. Our sound stage has two corner white cycs, measuring 40' L x 25' W x 13' H, providing abundant space to meet your production requirements. Additionally, we have a lighting grid to ensure optimal lighting conditions for your shoot. Our soundstage is meticulously soundproofed with K13 insulation, effectively minimizing external noise disturbances. Moreover, we have implemented a silent HVAC system to maintain your production's ideal temperature and ventilation. Our 400 Amp 3-Phase Electrical Power supply guarantees ample power availability for all your equipment. Recognizing the significance of comfort for the cast and crew, we have thoughtfully included a green room, a bathroom with a shower, and a kitchen space for catering purposes. Furthermore, we provide a conference room that can be utilized for meetings or pre-production planning. Our facility features an insulated bay door to facilitate loading and vehicle access. We offer ample parking space both in the front and back of the premises, and our car detailing/special effects area is equipped with a drain and utility sink. High-speed internet access is readily available through Comcast Gig Speed Internet, and we also offer camera and equipment packages for rent. Conveniently located just off the interstate our facility is easily accessible, ensuring convenience for your production needs.

This is a visually stunning space in a historic brick building in the most distinctive Fairlie-Poplar District, a true hidden gem in the heart of downtown Atlanta where history, culture, food, arts, education, technology, commerce, and government converge. This space exudes the elegance of post modern minimalism. This artistic space is furnished with 21 tables/desks, 2 stunning conference rooms, 2 chic sitting areas in the front, and a mesmerizing kitchen lounge in the back. It can accommodate up to 100 people comfortably.

Welcome to an urban oasis on the top floor of a historic Sylvan Building in South Downtown, the heart of Atlanta’s re-envisioned Hotel Row. Built in 1908, the former Sylvan Hotel was fully restored in 2022, maintaining all of its Southern charm while adding modern amenities. Our open and flexible floor plan features abundant natural light, exposed brick and original beams throughout, with views of the downtown skyline and nearby attractions. Inside is a sunset lounge, custom built library, oversized boardroom, collaborative, coworking and office space furnished in contemporary style. Off the elevator or stairs, you'll notice Vestaboard smart messaging display, four 50-inch, flat screen smart TVs. The space is ADA compliant with 2 gender-neutral restrooms. Ohio River South provides the perfect venue for a variety of events and occasions, both professional or social. Imagine a cozy, inviting podcasting room designed to evoke warmth and creativity. The centerpiece is a large, circular glass table, accompanied by two comfy reclining chairs and a sofa off to the side, which can be used for more creativity in your shooting needs. This room combines the comfort of a traditional living room with the functional needs of a modern podcasting studio.

**All bookings must include setup and breakdown time.** *Our calendar is open up to 2-3 months in advance. Our weekends fill up quickly. If you have a date in mind you'd like to book, we'd recommend you book early. If you don't see times available on a particular date, that means the space is booked.* This unique 2-level event space is great for live music events, parties, television or film productions, photo shoots (backdrops and green screens available), video productions, podcasts, and more. There are three sections to this event space: 1) The front - which houses a bar and open space. 2) Upstairs with open space and stage. 3) Back Room/VIP Area - Open space with limited seating. Important Information: Our space is bookable 2 months in advance. That is reflected on our calendar. Dates further than 2 months away are blocked off on the calendar and will be updated as time passes. If your DJ does not bring their own speakers, you will need to utilize our sound system in order to play music. Our sound system fee ($150) must be added on to your booking if the use of our sound system is needed. If you need to use our sound system and your event incorporates live music or performances, you will need to purchase our sound package that includes a sound technician ($250 - 4 hours). Outside catering is allowed.
