We also offer 400 Amp 3-Phase Electrical Power, providing ample power for all your equipment. We understand the importance of comfort for the cast and crew. That's why we have a greenroom, a bathroom with a shower, and a kitchen space for food and beverages. We also have a conference room available for meetings or pre-production planning. Our facility also includes an insulated bay door for loading and vehicle access, ample parking in front and back, and a car detailing/special FX area with a drain and utility sink. Only steps away from Ponce City Market. This is an excellent space for a variety of gatherings - business/product launches, art shows, pop-ups, brunches, photoshoots, at the soft loft you can make all your ideas become reality. Holds up 40-50 comfortably (standing). Along with the hosting space itself, there is a quaint waiting room with comfortable seating for when your guests arrive. A modern, black bathroom is available in the space as well, along with a full kitchen area at your convenience. Please note weekend rates are higher due to demand! Set up and breakdown time must be included in your booking hours. If you are needing to extend your booking past 12am, it will be a $150 an hour.
