This website only allows 20 pics, so it's not possible to show all the details. Rate quoted is for up to 5 people. Each added person is $10 per hour. The following spaces are included. OTHER SPACES POSSIBLY AVAILABLE, ONLY if agreed to in writing. Anything not agreed to in writing cannot be filmed, or entered. Extensive Garden + Grounds Two dining rooms Two foyers Living room All interior spaces described are on the same floor. All other spaces and floors cannot be entered without prior written approval. Rules: 1) Please keep in mind that people live in the mansion and treat them with respect. 2) While your rental allows access to the rooms stated, your team may only be in TWO rooms at a time. This enables you to have one room on camera, while the crew is in an adjacent room off camera. You may not "take over" three rooms at a time. 3) The foyers are the most difficult place to shoot, because they are needed for passage between rooms. If you elect to shoot in a foyer, please be respectful of the residents' need to pass through. 4) The kitchen is not available. It is reserved for use of the residents. 5) Out of respect for residents, please use ONLY the basement bathroom. 6) Street parking is consistently very easy. On-site parking MAY be available IF arranged in advance. No on-site parking without prior arrangement. 7) Due to ongoing improvements, and the challenges of constantly updating photos, decor may differ from posted photos. 8) No violence may be depicted on the property. Nudity is allowed, but NOT waist down, frontal. 9) Owner may provide rights to film some of the artwork, without charge. To be filmed, this artwork must be explicitly stated, in writing. Filming any artwork or copyrighted material without owner’s written approval is at your own legal risk. 10) Anyone not on camera shall wear shoe coverings. 11) Please clean up after yourselves.

Clean sealed concrete floor. Easy to park neighborhood. Clean bathroom + extra sink in the backroom. Plenty of space for a standing cocktail reception or classroom-style seating. Designed by a professional interior designer and equipt with a communal table with 10 stools + a pair of lounge chairs that is already in the space for your use. Seating includes several large cushioned benches, cafe tables and benches, with additional wooden chairs that can be pulled as needed. San Jose Location: This space can suit many types of needs, from business to creative to celebratory. Full rental is available, and includes our quality sound-system, but if you prefer a more intimate space, you can reserve the mezzanine (loft) separately. We welcome all event-types! There is both outdoor and indoor seating, and a study room/atrium with natural light. Many people rent out our full space for celebrations or creative events, others choose to rent only the study room/atrium for smaller gatherings or design sprints; you just let us know what you need. This location does have a noise ordinance, and free street parking is available. Our beautiful gallery is in the heart of downtown Petaluma. There's open floor plan with incredible natural light from the large windows that surround the space. We have rotating art shows, a minimalist aesthetic, and a gracious and welcoming staff. We also offer in-house catering and beverage services.
