Organizers can let guest simply enjoy the newly construction inside and outside space at the farm, or have some fun add ons like farm tours, produce tastings, or even a gardening class.

This is Lumber Studios second studio space in Chicago! There are three large, north facing windows with a skyline view. The walls are a combination of white paint & tan brick, and the space gets tons of beautiful natural light. There are a few pieces of basic furniture which can be moved around easily; these items include desks, chairs, mirrors and plants. We recently walled off the corner nook for a podcast production area. A studio manager will be on-site to assist for the duration of your shoot; when not helping out, they'll be in the podcast area working on their own projects and out of your way.

Our spacious Dance studio is perfect for your next event! Within our 1200 sq. Ft. space we offer a closing sitting area complete with sofa and coffee table. You can bring your own food and beverages. The venue is perfect for both larger gatherings and events as well as more intimate purposes. We offer a clean naturally lit venue as well as tables and chairs. You may rearrange the furniture for the duration of the event to fit your needs. The space can hold at least 70 people. This is not your standard rental space. Originally built for a cobbler in the 1900’s,until it transitioned into a zinc foundry for the last 50 years. The foundry was even rumored to cast oscar awards at this very spot! We underwent a major renovation, bringing this little slice of history into a modern open concept photo-studio while maintaining it’s original industrial vibe. We’ve been delighted to host a variety of amazing projects and events. This creative, urban space is just waiting for your next shoot, production, pop-up, dinner party or that "amazing" event you are looking to throw!
