Our East Side Loft is located on the boundary line of Logan Square and Bucktown, just a stone’s throw away from the apex of Wicker Park. This unique and transformative venue is housed on the second floor of a converted factory rich with history and character. The East side boasts a spacious 2,000 sq ft that can be used to capture your latest creative production. Where traditional meets modern; Le Loft is designed with the foundation of a minimalist aesthetic, showcasing natural elements and textures, with clean lines. By infusing modern pieces, and the intentional use of color and shapes, we have designed a vibrant and visually stimulating environment, with special moments throughout the space. Single-storey Costa Rican restaurant on an acute corner of Milwaukee Avenue in a high-traffic area of the Bucktown neighborhood. With the exception of the interior buffet seating along half of the wall space, all tables and chairs are movable. The interior space is incredibly colorful and tropical while the exterior has glass mosaic along the bottom half of the exterior. The entire perimeter of the building has retractable accordion-style windows.

Located In Fulton Market, our studio offers a beautiful quiet and professional workspace for photo shoots & video productions, as well as meetings & events. Space has 60" smart tv, sofa, microwave, mini fridge, mounted backdrops, bluetooth speaker, wifi. We have 700 square ft available with 15 foot ceilings. A separate room that could used as a makeup or dressing room, or even an additional place to shoot. Equipped with a sofa, stylist chair, and 55 inch Tv (Not included inquire to add to booking) White 9' backdrop is included with the booking. Colored paper backdrops are an additional fee at $10 per roll. Current available backdrop colors: White, Artic, Blue, Yellow (gold), Black. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals that yourself or your company brings in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. All furniture is able to be arranged to your preference. Ask about our custom services including event design, coffee service, catering, and floral packages! ............. NOISE All music/noise must be kept to a respectable level. There is zero tolerance for noise complaints, and all music must be kept at a reasonable level by 10PM, adhering to Chicago noise laws. OVERTIME All booking start and end times include setup and tear down time, so please include that in your reservation. All items brought into the space must be removed by the end your reservation. Overtime will be charged in 30 minute increments at a rate of 1.5 times our hourly rate. CLEANING The cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, however, guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition they found it in. We appreciate guest tidying up after themselves. Additional $150+ CLEANING FEE will be charged for use of GLITTER or CONFETTI in the space, if cleaners find a presence of biohazard risk messes (example: vomit), or destruction of property. DAMAGES Please respect the space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file. A walk-through is required before and after all bookings. ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES The use or involvement of illegal substances is strictly prohibited and will result in eviction from the property and may result in law enforcement participation. Security system is in use on premise at all times. SMOKING There is no smoking allowed in the space.
