We can help with ordering catering & coffee service and any other needs to make the meeting a success!

This is not your standard rental space. Originally built for a cobbler in the 1900’s,until it transitioned into a zinc foundry for the last 50 years. The foundry was even rumored to cast oscar awards at this very spot! We underwent a major renovation, bringing this little slice of history into a modern open concept photo-studio while maintaining it’s original industrial vibe. We’ve been delighted to host a variety of amazing projects and events. This creative, urban space is just waiting for your next shoot, production, pop-up, dinner party or that "amazing" event you are looking to throw!

Our community room is a large, sunny space with exposed brick and hardwood floors. It has a variety of sitting areas that can be left as is or rearranged as needed. Our main meditation hall is a large, bright, and calming space. There is a Tibetan Buddhist shrine and wall-hangings that need to remain in place.

The Corner Meeting Room is a fun space with fantastic views of the city and Chicago River. It's an ideal space for a team meeting, brainstorming session, offsite meeting or client presentation. Space offers privacy with an open feel. The meeting room has 2 walls of windows. It is near to our onsite kitchenette, so you have easy access to grab a coffee or water.

A large, cork table provides no shortage of space for up to 8 people to not only sit comfortably but work with laptops all in front of them if need be, without feeling like you're cramming yourself into a closet! Please also feel free to enjoy our soundproof phone booths just outside the office, where you can pop in to take a call in complete privacy any time you'd like. We offer a unique culinary space in the heart of Lincoln Park. A converted old house that is now used for cooking classes and private events, the space also functions well as a location for mixed media shoots (photo, video, etc). The venue is divided into a first and second floor, each with its own usable kitchen and distinctive dining spaces. Each kitchen is outfitted with top-of-the-line appliances, an array of platters/servingware, utensils, flatware, glasses, and mixed design plates. Unique decor and expansive workspace make this an ideal setting for media shoots that need both a functional kitchen and a beautiful background space. With lots of natural light and totally adjustable interior lighting, the space has already been the setting for several successful shoots in the past. A front and back brick outdoor patios are available for use. Refrigerator and limited freezer space available for use during rental. On-site dishwasher can be hired to assist with clean-up.
