We offer our East Village store in Manhattan for filming, private parties, corporate mixers, birthday celebrations, seminars, concerts, fund-raisers, and company holiday parties. It is also available to rent for your own weekly classes and/or workshops. Our space is located on the ground floor on the 3rd street (between 1 ave and 2 ave) with big windows. The space is approximately 1,200 sqft with maximum occupancy of 74 people. There are chairs, tables, projector, refrigerator, freezer and free Wi-fi available to use. Outside food and drink are allowed to be brought in without extra fee.

A nostalgic and intimate jewel box of a space that transports you back to the prohibition era, situated in an historic building that was once the home of Lucky Luciano's Palm Casino Speakeasy.

Note: Currently only accepting gatherings that max out at 25-30 people. Huge space (over 2,500 square feet) with a massive atrium skylight letting in tons of natural light in the heart of the east village. I bought the house in 1996 and completely renovated it in 2003. It's surrounded by lush community gardens on three sides so it's truly an oasis in the city. The house is spectacular - striking modern, industrial design, and high ceilings and skylight inside; outside a HUGE patio GARDEN that's 720 sq. ft (accessible through the kitchen) with a pergola which is illuminated with fairy lights at night. The living room has a dining room table which seats 8-10 that can also be used as a work space. The kitchen has top of the line appliances and bar seating for 5 as well as banquette seating for an additional 5. There is a BBQ in the garden and an outside table that seats 6 with an extra 8 chairs. Additional table and chairs can be loaned. There is also a brand new FIRE PIT table! The house has many different areas so perfect for breaking out in teams/groups. House has Wifi, central air and a fireplace as well as speakers throughout including in the backyard. You can play music through your phone using the Bluetooth. There are 5 bedrooms and 3 additional bathrooms that can be rented out for an extra fee. Local street parking is usually easy to find. The space is perfect for off-site work related events such as brainstorming groups or meetings, as well as baby showers, bridal showers, cocktail parties, pop up dinners or wine tastings and photo and film shoots. Set-up and break-down need to be included in your booking time. When booking please make sure you allow yourself enough time to get the space ready for your event + time to break down and leave the house in good shape. Early arrivals will be accommodated within a 15 minute window without an additional charge. Late departures will be charged after a 15 minute grace period from the official booking stop. THIS SPACE IS NOT APPROPRIATE FOR LOUD, ROWDY PARTIES OR LOTS OF DANCING. Note: I'm currently not allowing guests to bring their own sound system/DJ; however the sound system for the house is excellent and it syncs so you can hear the music in the garden as well.

This is a french cafe inspired space with clean lines and a welcoming atmosphere. It feels familiar yet modern. This elegant venue is perfect for cocktail receptions and formal gatherings because of the multi-room setup. It can also be easily converted into a pop-up shop since the space is unbranded, and it comes equipped with a changing area/coat room/full length mirror. Our venue is also well lit with vintage vanities and the Sonos sound system is easy to use with any iPhone. For an additional fee, an event coordinator can help arrange for catering and be on hand the day of the event to coordinate everything. Services by one of our stylists can also be requested for for an additional cost, which can add a fun and unique experience to any event.

The loft is on the 5th floor in a walk-up building. I have a professional photography studio that can also be set up in the loft, including Pro-foto lighting. This is a 1500 sq. ft. daylight studio available for photo & video productions, showrooms and special events in Chinatown. With large windows facing south, the main space is flooded with natural light throughout the day. This all white loft features textured brick walls, exposed wood beam ceilings up to 14 feet high, a kitchenette and bar top. Studio is a walk up 4 flights of stairs. ***Photo Production rate = $120 / hour (min 3 hrs) under 9 people. or $130 / hour for 10-15 people. ***Video Production rate = $135 / hour (min 3 hr) under 9 people or $145 / hour for 10-15 people. ***Showroom/Meeting rate = $120 / hour (min 3 hrs) ***Event rate = $220 / hour (depending on size/type) ***Cleaning Fee for events = $150-200 (depending on size/type) *Please note, the studio is a 5th floor walk up (4 flights up).
