This is a 1500 sq. ft. daylight studio available for photo & video productions, showrooms and special events in Chinatown. With large windows facing south, the main space is flooded with natural light throughout the day. This all white loft features textured brick walls, exposed wood beam ceilings up to 14 feet high, a kitchenette and bar top. Studio is a walk up 4 flights of stairs.

The Lounge is adjacent to the main hall and is comprised of two rooms that can be joined or kept separate according to your needs.
