This dreamy loft space boasts 12 foot ceilings, polished concrete floors, and fantastic natural light all day long thanks to the charming 50 foot wall of eight large southeast facing windows. This gorgeous, sun-drenched, open spaced DTLA loft will inspire you everywhere you look! This downtown studio is perfect for photo and video shoots including: Editorial, Fashion, Beauty, Portrait, Product, Headshot, Commercial, Film, Kickstarter, Video, Promotional, Documentary, TV series, Web Series, Podcast, YouTube, Instagram, etc. It’s worth noting that the light is especially gorgeous, flooding into the space as early as 7am (these images were taken at 10:30 am) Also, the light can be controlled with black out shades if needed. To amplify the vitality of the space, you’ll also find many happy and healthy natural plants here. The projector is an especially interesting touch, and a cool addition to photoshoots and events. We have excellent parking and load-in accommodations. Parking is $8 flat rate for all day in the parking lot downstairs. We have a loading area with access to an elevator to make loading easy. IMPORTANT Booked hours must include load-in/load-out, set up, and tear-down or 1.5x overtime fees will apply in 30 minute increments. There is no free overtime. BOOKED HOURS Hours are calculated when the first person arrives and last person leaves. No refunds for any unused time. PARKING Parking is not included with your booking and it is a separate fee. Parking lots are independently operated and we are not responsible for any theft or damage. Several other parking lots with a flat all-day rate exist across the studio, street meters, and yellow commercial loading zones at the building’s entrance. ELEVATOR The elevator is shared among all tenants, it is on a first come first served basis, its use cannot be reserved during the standard hours of operation, requires a staff member. LOAD-IN / LOAD-OUT The elevator is accessible via the Santee alley entrance and vehicles/trucks usually park in alley by the entrance. Vehicles should be moved after unloading/loading to avoid parking tickets. SECURITY CAMERAS Please do not touch, cover or unplug the security cameras. Footage is strictly confidential and recorded 24/7.

The Weight Room is LA's only gym that was designed from the ground up for production. Built in a downtown industrial loft, you'll have complete control over the look and feel of your project. A weightlifting area contains a few benches, a squat rack, pull-up bar and other equipment. Next to it is the boxing area, with a wall plastered in vintage boxing posters. A blank white cinderblock wall can be used as a simple background or staging area. The area's are pre-lit, but all of the equipment can be moved around to suit your needs. The Weight Room LA is ready for you to create top notch fitness videos.

Kindly note that your setup/wrap up time has to be within your booking period. Please note either myself or a site rep will be present on location in the office area on the mezzanine and will not intrude from start to end. Please treat it as if it were your own. That’s all I ask! Now on to the fun stuff… The studio is located in a beautiful penthouse loft in a 1920 building in Historic downtown LA. There are two elevators* to get up to the loft on the 14th floor. The space is 50ft x 40ft and there's 1800 SQ ft available for production. The ceiling is 15ft high (it's very high!!!) It has brick walls, large windows all around the loft providing lots of natural light and grey polished concrete flooring. Once closed, the thick blue velvet curtains block most of the day light. It's furnished and all the furniture, artwork and plants you see in the photos are available, movable (with care ;) and usable for your set. Just place everything back where it was at the end of your booking. We have a dolly you can borrow to load your equipment and the studio comes with 3 continuous daylight balanced lights: one Godox SL200Wii, one Aputure 120d and one Godox SL60. They all have a softbox and are on C-stand. The STUDIO area - 12 ft wide seamless backdrop in white, black or chromakey green. (one load per booking) - photo/video lighting: an Apurture 120d, a Godox SL200wii and a SL60w with soft boxes and on c-stands. - Vanity Mirror with a stool for Hair/Make-Up Artists. - Bluetooth sound system - High Speed Internet - additional backdrop stands upon request - clothing rack and hangers - 3 apple box - sand bags - extension cords and outlets The KITCHEN / DINNING area - fully equipped and functional kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave, coffee marker. Additional on-site equipment rental service (Cameras, sound gear, additional lights, tripod, stands, dolly, etc) Regarding sound, the loft is on the 14th floor and isn’t facing the main street so you don't get the regular traffic noise. You'll just have some police sirens and helicopters once in a while but that's pretty standard for DTLA. No noise either coming from neighbors and there's no construction site close by. *Elevators dimensions W76xL57xH91 inches and the door is 82x42. It's easy to roll in and load your equipment from the parking lot to the loft. There are paid parking lots next to the building and across the street, as well as metered street parking. We also have cheeky props that fit the theme such as a cash cannon, disco balls, and yes, playful handcuffs. POSH DECO: Chic, sophisticated with a touch of glam, this is our largest room. Key features include beautiful green walls, a sophisticated dark grey wall, a diamond checkered floor, velvet furniture, and gold accents. Our favorite part of this room is the chic wall-papered glam nook with large floor mirror, disco ball and champagne bottle props. LUSH FLORA BATHTUB: Lush and serene, this room features claw foot bath flanked by plants. Take a seat in our bird cage chair, or lounge in the tub and escape into a tropical paradise. This room has beautiful large windows with lots of light during the day and fun shadows at night. You can have the windows exposed or block the light with our black-out shades or white drapes. INDUSTRIAL CHIC DTLA: Bright and airy with large windows, this room has been untouched to provide a real dtla loft vibe. Our favorite feature is the fire escape. We've been told this room gets the best natural light. This room also has 6 China ball lights for beautiful soft lighting. Our space is the perfect place for Events and Content Creation of any kind! Our highly instagramable venue features three intertwining sets, a glam station, a 60 foot Marley runway and a fierce lifestyle / event area complete with color programmable lighting.

Perfect eclectic multi-functional space filled with light. Great for filming, photo shoots, small events, trunk shows, dinners, meetings or a temporary work space. The loft features three rooms, an open concept kitchen and large bathroom. Get creative! The space is flexible and can be easily setup to meet your needs. Parties larger than 15 will incur additional fee NOISE All music/noise must be kept to a respectable level. There is zero tolerance for noise complaints. OVERTIME All booking start and end times include setup and tear down time, so please include that in your reservation. All items brought into the space must be removed by the end your reservation. Overtime will be charged in 30 minute increments at a rate of 1.5 times our hourly rate. CLEANING The cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, however, guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition they found it in. We appreciate guest tidying up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. DAMAGES Please respect the space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file. A walk-through is required before and after all bookings. ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES The use or involvement of illegal substances is strictly prohibited and will result in eviction from the property and may result in law enforcement participation. SMOKING There is no smoking allowed in the space. MOST IMPORTANT RULE- GET CREATIVE AND HAVE FUN!

The studio is a spacious 1600 sqft with a massive 35x12x15 ft corner cyclorama wall ("cyc wall"), a large sky light, hair and makeup table, private restroom, C-stands, and sandbags! The corner cyc and high ceilings allows for professional grade rigging! We also an extensive rental list which can be emailed upon request! If you wish to hold a date, rather than book immediately, we honor holds for up to 72 hours. There will always be a site representative available to answer any questions you might have during your booking.

This is a gorgeous 1600 sq ft space with high ceilings with an amazing city view. Floor to ceiling windows to let in lots of natural light. The space is perfect for doing portraits, product shots, smaller fashion shoots and video interviews, music videos and filming. If you're looking for more of a nighttime feel, the space provides one of the most stunning views of Downtown LA looking over the city night lights. With LED light set up around the glass windowed to wash the class with great ambiance. Blue LED strips set up all across by the pool table area and behind the TV stand to wash the white walls will have an amazing background effect. The light in the hallway, above the kitchen area and the bedroom are multi color LED light bulbs that are controlled via controller and app. Chandeliers are dimmable to at more balance and color effect. The classic art work and décor adds elegance and class. There will be a site rep present to assist, answer any questions you might have and to help make your rental experience the best one. ** Have ID present on the day of the shoot ** ** Please bring masks and use masks when in the common areas. elevator and hallway ** ** No glitters, no sparkly products, no fog machine or smoking inside the space ** ** Bedroom must be requested in advance, and location manger will have to be present for the duration of the bedroom use, since personal belongings are inside, and we be locked of after finish using it.
