The entire house is painted white for extra brightness, clean look and feel. All of the furniture is from Gestalt New York, Feelgood Designers, and Friends Founders. The space includes a bedroom available as a changing/wardrobe room and an empty room that is perfect as a production space. We have plenty of space perfect for meetings, conferences, work sessions, etc! Including a conference room with a large table, printer, and tv display available for use, office-wide WiFi, access to the kitchen and main front room for breaks, a larger room off the kitchen for 1-1 meetings or calls, and more. We offer full or half day bookings (8am-2pm / 2pm-8pm). Included in your booking is use of the entire backyard + Guest House. The Guest House is a quaint and private 1BR 1B space that has its own entrance. This beautiful, airy space has air conditioners and heaters, a large abundance of natural light, and a small kitchenette. The Guest House also has its own private deck with outdoor furniture and a hammock for your use. The stunning backyard is located on a .31 acre lot with an 8ft long banquet table, lounge area and a sparkling 8 ft. pool. Beautiful and newly renovated space just a block off Beverly Hills with beautiful and green outdoor patio that comfortably seats 10 (if you bring your own tables or we bring inside tables outside we could fit 30 people outside in a row!). Please keep in mind, the total size of the space is approx. 2400sqft, but the kitchen space accounts for approximately 1000sqft which gives you about 1400sqft to dance, hold meetings or have a lovely dinner. The space is a café with comfortable brown leather seats, tiled flooring and typical office lights above (which can give off harsh lighting). However! We are happy to help you transform this space into anything you dream of - just ask us and we'll do our best to accommodate you in any way possible. Like bringing softer lighting for a dinner. Inside seating with our tables and chairs seats 30-35 people depending on table and seating choice. If you bring your own tables you could fit approximately 60 people depending on your table and seating choice. Standing room only the space can fit approx. 100 people and still have some room. Great for a dance floor, a bar set up or a performance. During the week this is a fully operational café so we have a hooded kitchen with commercial equipment for cooking and cleaning. Unfortunately, our kitchen can only be used by those who are certified in food handling due to Public Health concerns, but we are more than happy to provide catering with trained staff upon request and wait staff to help you service your event. We have packages available if you book extras such as staff or catering. We also have bartenders! We sell chips, chocolate, candies, pastries and drinks and would be more than happy to put together a package for your event.

Our sun-drenched, bi-level loft boasts 25 foot ceilings, polished concrete floors, and fantastic natural light all day long thanks to our many southeast facing windows. We have two painted statement walls by talent from Anthropology and 100 year-old white and cream rugs direct from Istanbul which compliment our overall neutral palette. We’ve personally designed much of the loft’s furniture and gathered textiles, ceramics, and other one-of-a-kind objects from around the world. Our decor is a delicate balance of whimsy and bohemian modernity and many of our guests remark that shooting here is like living in the clouds. With spring almost here, it’s worth noting that the light is especially gorgeous this time of year, flooding into the space as early as 7am. Because I am an interior designer and my husband is a TV and commercial director, we understand the rigors of film production, and have designed the loft with that in mind. The main downstairs area is a spacious open layout with a live edge Calcutta gold marble table that can be easily moved to make additional space for complex camera and lighting setups. Or, if you're looking to host an event, our 18 foot curated banquet table is perfect for a beautiful bridal shower or dinner party. The master bedroom is a favorite for photo shoots and gets fantastic natural light throughout the day. The bedroom connects to our large master bathroom, which is often used for a makeup and wardrobe changing area. Upstairs you’ll find the crown of the loft, our Caravana lounge, which is filled with low custom-made Moroccan cushions and pillows, organic hemp and goats wool Turkish rugs, painted statement walls, and our new majestic eight foot floor mirror custom built from wood beams of an ancient temple in Jakarta. With an array of unique decor, textures, and vignettes, the lounge upstairs is spectacular for creating content. Directly outside the loft are a pair of modern ten foot tables ideal for crew lunches, craft services, and clients thanks to our 5G wifi.
