This MidCentury treetop house is a secluded creative haven. It has 2000 square feet of interior space, with an additional 1600 sq feet of deck. Perched high in Benedict canyon, it has an uninterupted view of nature; yet almost impossible to believe that it's in Beverly Hills. It's the perfect place for your secluded celebrity shoot. This unique bohemian home encompasses the organic freedom of a California lifestyle.

Our inspiration to launch in 2009 stemmed from a vision to build a space where the lines of work and play were blurred. We sought to create a club where the relationships between its members far outweighed the benefits of a typical co-working space. Today, our goal is to continue providing our valued members with privacy, attentive service, and an environment that enables like-minded professionals to collaborate effortlessly.

Absolutely gorgeous, half acre lot: With stunning views of the Santa Monica Mountains and the valley beyond, this beautifully designed and updated contemporary home is the perfect place to film. Peace and tranquility abound; quality is apparent with convenient parking space available for multiple vehicles on the side of the house. Open floor plan, new distressed wooden flooring, interior and exterior built-in speakers, rooms flooded with natural light, and beautiful earth tones create the perfect ambiance for entertaining or relaxing. Sliding doors open from a huge family room and the kitchen to the resort-style backyard which features a saltwater swimmer's pool and spa, expansive flagstone patio, and outdoor kitchen with built-in barbecue and refrigerator. A truly a one-of-a-kind three story 1920's residence with many original features, nuances, and classic Hollywood Hills aesthetic throughout. Primarily south facing, the property is bright with multiple terraces, secluded spaces, and intimate settings. Beautiful arched windows, French doors, spiral stairs, high ceilings, and original hardware. Features a beautiful courtyard and front yard with palm trees and incredible views of Hollywood hills, mountains and city lights. Chic and uniquely decorated with high end Italian and vintage design pieces and furniture. Sparse enough that you can add your own set design or use any of our photo enhancing pieces. The house is very large (2,684 sq ft) with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large entryway, living room with 30 foot ceilings, and a dining room that opens onto the courtyard. It is three levels. The living room/entryway are first, dining, and courtyard on second and bedrooms on third. Photoshoot features: It has two addresses so there is plenty of parking on both streets. Sonos speakers throughout the house. Second bedroom is great for styling. Vanity area for glam. I am a photographer myself and have had the pleasure of shooting here many times. This striking space is part of a 16-unit complex designed between 1926 and 1939 by R.M. Schindler​, one of the forefathers of Modern architecture, on a street-to-street downward sloping lot in the Silver Lake neighborhood of Los Angeles. Schindler’s client for the project was his friend Herman Sachs, a Romanian-born muralist and decorator known for his work on the Bullocks Wilshire Building, Union Station, and City Hall. Synonymous with old Hollywood glamour, the apartment at this Los Angeles Historic-Cultural Monument feels like being in a bygone era. It’s an inspiring space, with improbably high ceilings and a huge window showcasing the unobstructed views overlooking Los Feliz, the iconic Hollywood sign, and the Griffith Observatory. The space employs extensive use of glass, plaster, and wood – characteristics of the Modernist style with which Schindler is usually associated – in addition to a distinctive art deco flair. Sachs was known for using his studio loft workspace as a gathering space, often hosting dinners and concerts for his coterie of bohemian friends. During a painstaking three year restoration, the original cabinetry, finishes, and Schindler-designed furniture were carefully researched and, wherever possible, restored or re-created. The first floor space has an airy, open concept living/dining room and full kitchen, in addition to a half bath and large closet/storage space (in addition to a Origin Acoustics 7.1 surround-sound speaker system with six recessed speakers and subwoofer, Paradigm soundbar, high-end projector, and hanging art installation system. Use of these features may be possible, depending on the intended usage). The second floor space has a sleeping space with daybed, full bathroom, and entryway/office that is ideal for hair and makeup. Schindler was a genius at window placement - natural light streams throughout every nook and cranny of the apartment. The Platform Home designed furniture (tables, stacking chairs, couch, hexagon seater, stools, daybed, etc.) has been selected for easy breakdown or reconfiguration, making the apartment an ideal setting for a multitude of shoots and events.
