Located at the south end of L.A.’s downtown Arts District, our space is a historic Art Deco bank, turned photo studio and event space, featuring its original bank vault built in 1923, elegant 19’ ceilings with authentic pillar sculpture, and custom lighting installations by architectural designer, Brian Thoreen. This 4,300 square foot two-story venue is an ideal space for events, film & photo shoots, and art exhibitions.

A midcentury modern 2,600 square foot home was custom designed 1954 by architecture firm Powers, Daily, and DeRosa. An impressive fig tree hovers over a calming interior fountain that fall into a koi pond and connects the living room to the outdoors. The walls of glass throughout the home, open beam ceilings, and original built cabinetry, and natural light offers many interesting shots for photoshoots. With an open kitchen, 2 living spaces, 2 brick fireplaces, and 4 bedrooms (one currently filled with Pilates equipment) there are endless options for filming. The home is filled with designer and vintage furniture including pieces from Knoll, Roche Bobois, Galanter and Jones, Walter Lamb, Brown Jordan etc. The 11,363 square foot lot includes a flagstone courtyard, tropical themed pool and diving board, sunbathing area, cedar tub, BBQ, 2 outdoor dining tables, and a custom fire pit with midcentury furniture all surrounded by lush landscaping. Sky Mountain Villa is a modern, architectural masterpiece nestled on 20 acres in the famous Topa Topa Mountains. The expansive, uninterrupted mountain views create the ideal location for productions, retreats, and photo shoots. The Sky Mountain Villa open floor plan offers hair/makeup rooms, multiple bathrooms and several options for base-camp, digital tech setup, and staging. The property has options available for parking up to 30 cars upon request. Additionally, there is a separate garage workspace with glass garage doors available upon request. Our space is a historic landmark, a Classic French Chateau in the heart of LA featured in major films and photoshoots. This beautiful home welcomes you with a spiral iron and wood staircase circling a large beautiful chandelier over a marble checkered floor in its entry hall. It's tall ceilings, marble fire places, grand mirrors and intricate moldings in both the Living Room and Dining Room and the vintage elevator with accordion gates are exquisite contexts telling a story of another time. The pool has been given the name by its visitors, LA's secret garden. Ficus trees and trimmed boxwood line the walls of vines, its greenery complementing the home's tall French doors, round bay windows and detailed architectural accents. Please note filming, if a larger group, is at an increased rate customized based on size of production.
