Our original premier event space is perfect for film and photo shoots, corporate and culinary events, private parties, and elegant weddings. With over 10 years of experience we can provide a perfect venue for any event you can imagine, including fashion shows, product launches and celebrity chef demonstrations. Contact us anytime to set up an appointment to see our stunning spaces. Studio 1 boasts 14ft ceilings, two walls of windows (East and South facing) in a fully-renovated early 20th century building. Our rentals are typically based on a 10 hour window (including set-up and breakdown) at a fixed day rate, depending on event type and size. Please contact us for an exact quote for your event! A 6 or 8 hour window may be available, depending on the type of rental, at an hourly rate: $450/hour for a minimum of 8 hours, or an adjusted rate for a 6 hour rental (available for specific events.) Hourly rate may be higher for large-scale events. There is an additional cleaning charge and trash fee for all events. Access to the freight elevator before 7am or after 7pm will incur an additional charge of $50/hour. Access to the freight elevator during the weekend is available at $150/hour. Holds for bookings are offered on a first-come first-serve basis. Secondary holds are offered after the first hold has been filled. If a secondary hold would like to place a deposit, the first hold will be given a 24-hour window to book, after which the booking will be made available to the secondary hold. Included in your rental is -access to in-house furniture (full list upon request) -in house AV which includes a Bluetooth sound system and two 55-inch HD TVs on rolling stands -High speed wifi -2 wireless, handheld microphones -Kitchens are set up with fully functioning electrical appliances including fridge, freezer, and electrical stovetop. (The gas range requires a propane hookup with FDNY permitting required, at an additional cost) In order to make sure that we are operating our studios in a safe and healthful manner for our returning clients in the wake of COVID-19 we are making a few necessary improvements and updates. We are following the Key to NYC requirements for indoor entertainment spaces, meaning all guests aged 12 and older should be able to present proof that they have received at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine upon entry to the studio. More information on the Key to NYC mandate can be found here: https://www1.nyc.gov/site/doh/covid/covid-19-vaccines-keytonyc.page This applies to all events held in our spaces, including private and corporate events. -Additionally, all staff at our studios have been vaccinated. -PPE including hand sanitizer, masks, and gloves are made available to guests upon entry to our studios - Additional hand washing stations have been installed in each studio. - All bathroom sinks have been retrofit with contactless faucets. - Increased wifi bandwidth will be available, up to 10 Gbps for remote videoconferencing needs for both events and productions. - Daily intensive cleanings of both studios. Music must be off at 11:30pm with guests exiting at midnight. No smoking

We offer our East Village store in Manhattan for filming, private parties, corporate mixers, birthday celebrations, seminars, concerts, fund-raisers, and company holiday parties. It is also available to rent for your own weekly classes and/or workshops. Our space is located on the ground floor on the 3rd street (between 1 ave and 2 ave) with big windows. The space is approximately 1,200 sqft with maximum occupancy of 74 people. There are chairs, tables, projector, refrigerator, freezer and free Wi-fi available to use. Outside food and drink are allowed to be brought in without extra fee.

This unique 2000 + sq. ft space offers so much diversity with it's 25 foot ceilings, open floor plans, sky lights, loft areas, great acoustics, an incredible appointment of old foundry art, and a history that embraces all who enter the space. The space has been used for film, photography, live theater, operatic performances, concerts, corporate events and a host of other private events. As this was a former foundry, the building is equipped with commercial/industrial electricity. All rentals include setup and tear down time.

Please send an inquiry with a description of your project, not a booking request. - Film and Video productions (as opposed to still photography) have an additional fee of +$150/hour (i.e. $240/hr (base) + $150/hr (film surcharge)) = $390/hr for film and video projects. This surcharge is due to the need for multiple scouts, heavier footprint, wear & tear, and EQ associated with these shoots. - Crews over 10 people will be charged an additional $10 per person per hour. Additional costs: - 1x $500 Site Rep Fee - 1x $200 Cleaning Fee Finally, we require all bookings to put down a Security Deposit (5x hourly fee). This Security Deposit will be returned to your account within 5-10 business days assuming no damages occurred during your shoot. This beautiful Library serving as a content creation location is unique and something like we've never offered before. This location serves as the perfect decor for many different production projects. The spacious library has a perfect balance between the vibrant New York feel and stillness. There's a beautiful mixture and balance of natural light entering this building. The library is full of props. This location is big in size and can be used for big productions with big crews as it's located in a huge mansion. There's plenty of room for holding. This location in the heart of Manhattan will bring the vision of your creative, visual project to life. This massive library has an old-school and vintage vibe which remained untouched since back in the day. Our team manages several locations in Manhattan and Brooklyn and have an extended amount of experience in media production. When you book one of our spaces, you'll be connected to an on-site representative who will be with you throughout your production to orient you in the space and answer any questions. Please note, some rooms are upstairs. This is a great space for all crew sizes as the location is spacious and expansive. A certificate of insurance is required of all productions. Upon booking this location it's required to sign a Location Agreement. Absence of a signed Location Agreement can lead to the host canceling the booking. Heavy Equipment can’t be plugged into the Location’s power network. Crews should be aware that the Location runs on normal household power circulation and that they would need to arrange for an external power generator themselves may they have any Heavy Equipment in their EQ Package. R O O F T O P THE ROOFTOP has one of the most unique views you'll ever see of the classic New York City backdrop from it's 7th floor Finished Rooftop. It has the advantage of looking West directly into the view of THE EMPIRE STATE BUILDING and THE NEW YORKER . This amazing view can be the backdrop for your next production. ..see photos after the ROOF photos to see the holding space. It has a makeup station, full kitchen, and is in itself a 2200 sq. ft. shooting space. You get both of these spaces when you rent the ROOFTOP. NOTE: The freight elevator takes you to the 4th floor where the holding space is. From the 4th floor, all equipment there any equipment / people, etc will have to take the stairs 4 flights to the roof. We've had all sizes of productions through here from large commercials to smaller fashion shoots Note on the photos. My space is in perhaps the most venerable building in Harlem. Built in 1901 it is an romantic and classical building with a gorgeous interior courtyard. The apartment is actually an intimate art gallery. Clean, uncluttered and warm gleaming light-filled rooms.

Come shoot at our woman-owned-and-operated, 855 square foot studio in the heart of Manhattan. We have a 9-foot seamless paper wall mount system, let us know what color you need. We have sheer curtains for natural light, or blackout curtains. Our furniture can make our space into a bedroom or living room. We have a whimsical mural painted on one of our walls, but this can be easily covered with seamless paper. You can use this space as a podcast studio (podcast recording equipment available as an add-on). You have access to our prop and set decoration collection with wall art, books, rugs, plants, and tchotchkes. Even our Hollywood vanity-equipped hair and makeup table is shoot-able. I created this space because as a commercial director/producer and DP, I found it difficult to find affordable studios that looked like a "home." I found renting people’s **actual homes** was chaotic. So I came up with a solution in this space. It’s designed for influencers, agencies and indie filmmakers. Our studio is steps away from the Port Authority bus terminal, four blocks from Penn Station, near Times Square and easily accessible via Grand Central. We’re near almost every train line in the city. Retail stores like Target and H&M are a 10 minute walk. Great catering options are nearby for lunch and several independent coffee shops are on our block. Check out our list of add-ons to get the most out of our one-of-a-kind studio. We have Sony still and cinema cameras, strobe and continuous lighting, audio gear. We work with LVR Rentals across the street, so if you need any rentals beyond what we have in-house, we can rent it for you and at a 20% discount. If you choose to rent gear through us, we can load your gear in the day before your shoot for you. Looks very “Urban Outfitters” with our sheer curtains. Some other important notes: Audio recording - We’re on the 15th floor and face the side of the building and deal with typical midtown NYC sirens, honks, etc. While we personally shoot our own productions and record audio in this space, it is NOT SOUNDPROOF and we can make no guarantees about the sound quality. This studio does not have a private bathroom. A key is used to enter the men and women's bathrooms in the hall. These are shared by the other offices on the floor. Please be respectful of our neighbors. No confetti or fog machines.
