We offer our East Village store in Manhattan for filming, private parties, corporate mixers, birthday celebrations, seminars, concerts, fund-raisers, and company holiday parties. It is also available to rent for your own weekly classes and/or workshops. Our space is located on the ground floor on the 3rd street (between 1 ave and 2 ave) with big windows. The space is approximately 1,200 sqft with maximum occupancy of 74 people. There are chairs, tables, projector, refrigerator, freezer and free Wi-fi available to use. Outside food and drink are allowed to be brought in without extra fee.

Event studio is located in midtown is a 600 sq. ft studio with large windows. Facing seventh avenue. That can be used as a space for any kind of rehearsal (dancing, acting, theater, hold auditions). Including for birthday/bachelorette dance party (with a host dance instructor: separate service). It also has a bar installed to host events for NON-Alcohol drinks and Virgin cocktails. Brand new and fully furnished space. Open for booking as early from 7am until late night. With rooftop access over seeing Madison square garden and 7th avenue. Our brand new Gallery Space is located right by the Hudson River in Chelsea featuring 5,000 sq. ft of customizable space. The Gallery is located on the street level and has private entrance. There are two floors that can be rented separate or together, coat room, two bathrooms, prep area and kitchenette. The Space has a modern look with clean white walls, cement floors and plenty of daylight coming through the large storefront window and skylight ceiling. We can comfortably accommodate from 1 to 350 people.

Note: Currently only accepting gatherings that max out at 25-30 people. Huge space (over 2,500 square feet) with a massive atrium skylight letting in tons of natural light in the heart of the east village. I bought the house in 1996 and completely renovated it in 2003. It's surrounded by lush community gardens on three sides so it's truly an oasis in the city. The house is spectacular - striking modern, industrial design, and high ceilings and skylight inside; outside a HUGE patio GARDEN that's 720 sq. ft (accessible through the kitchen) with a pergola which is illuminated with fairy lights at night. The living room has a dining room table which seats 8-10 that can also be used as a work space. The kitchen has top of the line appliances and bar seating for 5 as well as banquette seating for an additional 5. There is a BBQ in the garden and an outside table that seats 6 with an extra 8 chairs. Additional table and chairs can be loaned. There is also a brand new FIRE PIT table! The house has many different areas so perfect for breaking out in teams/groups. House has Wifi, central air and a fireplace as well as speakers throughout including in the backyard. You can play music through your phone using the Bluetooth. There are 5 bedrooms and 3 additional bathrooms that can be rented out for an extra fee. Local street parking is usually easy to find. The space is perfect for off-site work related events such as brainstorming groups or meetings, as well as baby showers, bridal showers, cocktail parties, pop up dinners or wine tastings and photo and film shoots. Set-up and break-down need to be included in your booking time. When booking please make sure you allow yourself enough time to get the space ready for your event + time to break down and leave the house in good shape. All clients/guests must be comply with the rules of the on-site manager. Our event manager has the right to end any booking if rules are not followed. Music must be off at 11pm. DAY OF EVENT: (All bookings include an on-site manager) -- Arrival: ---- The start of your time frame is when the first person can enter the space to start setting up. Setup can not begin any earlier than that, otherwise you will be charged for the additional time. ---- Keep the door closed when checking guests in and during the event. ---- You/designated individual will do a walkthrough with the on-site manager and both will sign off on the pre-existing condition of the space and equipment. -- Departure: ---- Venue must be left broom-swept clean, all decor, food, bottles, etc. must be disposed of in garbage bags or taken with you after the booking. ---- Moving or rearranging furniture is the responsibility of your team. Our space can be customized, but comes as is, therefore must be rearranged back to its original state after all bookings. ---- After the end of the event, you/designated individual will do a final walkthrough with the on-site manager and if there is any damage to the space/equipment the credit card on file will be charged. _______________________________________________________________ REQUIRED PAPERWORK: ALCOHOL PERMIT: (catering permit) -- Our venue requires a catering permit to serve alcohol off premise.
