Our versatile location can be rented for both indoor and outdoor events, and we offer in-house production services to customize, staff, and create pop-ups and activations to ensure an exceptional experience for you and your guests. Our venue is ideally located on the cusp of the Design District and Wynwood neighborhoods, providing easy access to some of the most vibrant and exciting areas in Miami. With 5,000 square feet of open loft indoor space and an additional 3,500 square feet of gated outdoor area, we offer ample room to accommodate any event, whether you're planning an intimate gathering or a large-scale celebration.

Our space is a modern home in the island of North Bay Village, right in miami beach. The interior has a very large white leather couch, a lot of beautiful art and a white piano. (any art or furniture can be moved). Outside we have arguable one of the best views of miami and downtown! unobstructed views of the bay. We have outside, multiple different lounge areas, a second floor balcony right by the water to get the best possible views. We have a ping pong table, basketball hoop, jacuzzi that can fit up to 10 people and a big modern pool. The possibilities here are endless!

The studio space is a 1,200 square-foot space that serves as a blank canvas for your imagination. To ensure the comfort of your clients, renting our studio means it will be reserved only for your session. Do not arrive or pull into our lot any sooner than your booking time. Our site rep arrives at the time of your booking. Rental time begins and ends at the scheduled time. This includes set-up and clean-up time, please keep in mind when booking. • Your rental is based hourly. To avoid an overage, You must be packed up and off the property at the scheduled time to avoid being billed an extra hour. • If you finish early, there are NO refunds or credits. If you are late, time will NOT be pushed. You may request an additional hour and is only approved if available. • You are responsible for leaving the space as you found it! That means taking out all trash / putting back all props if any were moved or using in other spaces. Extension cords/ lights / moving set walls must be placed back to original location. Do not think that by paying the cleaning fee that this excuses you from obeying this rule.

It has 6 different area with functioning restaurant and bar onsite that can be rented separately for various events from exhibitions and birthday parties to car launch events. Our studio is perfect to create any type of content, professional portraits, headshots, videos, podcasts, rehearsals, fineart photography, family and holydays pictures and more.The studio is a spacious room with a high ceiling and we offer multiple props. We count with a wide CYC wall pure white, four different flowers walls designs and seasonal scenarios. We do have a product Table Manfrotto and We use seamless universal savage backdrops 9 ft wide. we included 1 color with your booking. the second color is included only for bookings from 3 hours and up. more colors can be purchased on the spot for a $25 fee. We are very close to the I-95 and Hallandale Beach Blvd so is very easy to get to. The studio has a free parking lot and street level.
