Starting at $52 an hour, Space 1-1 can be customized with requested furniture to fit your every need! Our versatile space is conveniently located just steps from Penn Station and is close to all subway lines. Made up of 13 individual studios, Creative can accommodate multiple room bookings and a plethora of uses. Each studio has Wi-Fi, acoustic insulation, and versatile lighting. We are located in a doorman building, with staff on site. Studios feature oversized windows in exterior facing studios, 12+ foot ceilings throughout, hardwood floors, and access from dedicated extra wide hallways. The floor has three bathrooms (1 ADA accessible), and has cold and sparkling water available. The room is bare in décor however we can provide you with minimum - 2 arms chairs, the giant mirror and 6ft folding style tables for setting up displays should you request it. Any other décor would need to be rented and we would be happy to assist you with ideas and vendors should you request.
