All furniture and layouts are very easily changeable and we can work with mostly all requests. We feature 15 foot high privacy walls running the entire length of the space, a large variety of looks and backdrops, and amazing natural light providing great opportunities for 'golden hour' shooting. We also feature a catering area complete with a food and drink prep station, barbecue grill, foldable tables, and food prep supplies. *Grill access available for an additional charge* More intimate meet ups work perfectly in our space as there are multiple individual working areas. This is great for hosting workshops with break out sessions or having a wide variety of scenery when shooting photo or video. We are also able to fit up to 50 people quite comfortably in both a standing or seated layout. Our spacious 2000 sq ft event space is separated into 4 rooms. 2 fully equipped music production rooms, a state of the art video suite and our gallery style lobby. Each room is uniquely designed to create a fresh ambiance and boasts many amenities including color changing LED lighting, top of the line audio systems and video screens in each room. The video suite is equipped with a massive video wall and moving intelligent lighting. Our space is perfect for hosting album and video releases, recording podcasts, shooting videos, photo shoots, art showcases, or private events.

**This space is more suitable for intimate events such as dinners, baby showers, sip and paints, cocktail parties, etc. the space is also great for photo/video shoots, pop up shops, elopements, pop up weddings, an exhibition space, fashion showrooms, brand events, and all artistic events. We do not accommodate large and excessively loud events past 12AM.** Our venue is a 1200 sq. ft. loft space in the heart of Astoria NY. The space is located in a well known Astoria building and is equipped with a buzzer system that grants entry to guests. The space is full of natural light which enters through our huge beautiful windows. The space also offers a blank canvas with all white features such as white textured brick walls, white marble like flooring, 16 ft ceilings, and an open floor plan. We offers a ton of amenities which include clear chiavari chairs for 50 guests, 6 foot tables, 5 cocktail tables, 3 booth seats on the loft, premium sound system, portable bar, led lighting and recessed lights throughout. The space also offers a private bathroom and 2 additional bathrooms outside of the space. To access the space, there is a buzzer system and an elevator that goes to the street level and is wheel chair accessible.
