We rent our spaces for 4 categories: meetings, productions, events, and showrooms. Each category has different minimum hours, pricing, cleaning fees, etc. We always charge three mandatory standard fees: space rental, cleaning, and studio manager. Splacer then charges around 8-10% in processing fees. ******* COVID-19 RESPONSE: We have created a no-contact set that will be pre-set and sanitized. for your single camera interview. All lights, tripod movement, camera operation and audio are controlled from the second floor of our building, allowing the subject to be isolated on the first floor. This means the subject can participate in a shoot without being in contact with another individual. Producers can be anywhere in the world and still talk face-to-face with their subject, utilizing either a direct-to-camera style or an off-camera style. All the producer needs is a laptop or computer with a webcam and a link we will provide. This allows for an intimate interview setting without ever occupying the same space, ensuring the health and safety of everyone involved. The subject will see the Producer throughout their entire interview, and vice versa. We have a TEMPERATURE SCREENING & TECHNOLOGY/HAND SANITIZING STATION set up at the front door of our studio. We also have disposable masks and gloves, disinfectant spray and wipes, and hand sanitizer readily available for our guests. There are infection control reminders posted throughout the space and the set and equipment will be sterilized before your arrival. ----------------------------- PERFECT For photography and video production, podcast recording, art installations, we host any one and anything! Our space is a gorgeous production studio based in the heart of Long Island City. We are one of the most accessible and affordable studios in all of New York City! We are steps away from the Queensboro/59th Street Bridge, across the street from a CitiBike station and only 5-10 minute walks from the 7, E, N, R, W, M & F train stations at Queensboro/Queens Plaza. With gorgeous daylight pouring into our 20 foot+ ceiling space, you will have the ultimate natural light photo shoots, video shoots or podcasting sessions. Come in the evening and you’ll enjoy a gorgeous sunset over the horizon of midtown Manhattan. This studio comes fully equipped with 9 foot seamless backdrops (black, white, green and other colors included), blackout curtains and a large 43-inch smart TV (equipped with Airplay or HDMi) for usage as a monitor or for standard television usage. Our facility features two unique locations - a 16,000 square foot outdoor space and a 5,000 square foot indoor space with a restaurant, bar and dance floor. The indoor space features a wooden dance floor surrounded by plants and natural light. It includes a world-class DJ booth, custom high-fidelity sound system, bespoke light rig and haze machine. The dance floor can be used as is or can easily accommodate a custom buildout. For large dinners and presentations, our long bench seats can sit up to 80 people on the dance floor and there are bleachers at one end of the room that can be used as staging. Adjacent to the dance floor is the bar and restaurant area, which features more plants, wooden banquette and bar seating and a full kitchen. Our 16,000 square foot park-like outdoor area, designed by Future Green Studios features a dance floor, picnic tables, a food truck, restrooms, trees and hammocks. Similar to a Biergarten, the space can also be compartmentalized to make small gatherings feel comfortable as well as semi-private rentals. Fire pits and yurts are also available in the winter time. For private events and weddings we offer drink & food packages, security and staffing. Please note that rental fees are dependent on which space is activated and the nature of the event / shoot. 

My space has an urban casual look that is perfect for hosting any event from birthdays to any parties. Space is a full service restaurant. We can make any package for each individual event. We offer a private room for up to 30 guests and a semi private space for up to eighty guests.

Our Dance Studio in Astoria, NY has a large open dance studio on the first floor with 2 sound systems and a bathroom. The basement level has a waiting room, changing room, front office, back office, storage room, and 2 bathrooms. There is also a sloping backyard space outside. It is available for shoots and other similar projects from 10am-3pm weekdays.

Our studio features 12ft by 24ft of open space, perfect for photo and video shoots of all kinds. We have a western-facing window that provides amazing natural light, measuring approximately 24ft wide and 8ft tall. We also provide two work tables, eight chairs, a Hair & makeup vanity mirror, and a private changing room to help make your experience as comfortable as possible. Additionally, our lounge area includes two love seats and side tables for lil relaxation and or casual meetings. freight elevator, and loading dock also available for our clients to use. Our studio is flooded with natural light, providing a full Manhattan skyline view, and the surrounding industrial neighborhood provides endless options for vibrant backdrops. We also have access to a 2nd floor patio (shared space) that you can use to capture the perfect outdoor shot. We offer a small prep area with a coffee maker, and our studio is equipped with WiFi for your convenience. Our studio is staffed at all times to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have.
