We rent our spaces for 4 categories: meetings, productions, events, and showrooms. Each category has different minimum hours, pricing, cleaning fees, etc. We always charge three mandatory standard fees: space rental, cleaning, and studio manager. Splacer then charges around 8-10% in processing fees. Our space is a gorgeous production studio based in the heart of Long Island City. We are one of the most accessible and affordable studios in all of New York City! We are steps away from the Queensboro/59th Street Bridge, across the street from a CitiBike station and only 5-10 minute walks from the 7, E, N, R, W, M & F train stations at Queensboro/Queens Plaza. With gorgeous daylight pouring into our 20 foot+ ceiling space, you will have the ultimate natural light photo shoots, video shoots or podcasting sessions. Come in the evening and you’ll enjoy a gorgeous sunset over the horizon of midtown Manhattan. This studio comes fully equipped with 9 foot seamless backdrops (black, white, green and other colors included), blackout curtains and a large 43-inch smart TV (equipped with Airplay or HDMi) for usage as a monitor or for standard television usage. This yoga studio features expansive, contemporary design with abundant natural light cascading through its floor-to-ceiling windows. It is immaculately maintained, and its open layout is both inviting and conducive to a peaceful yoga and meditation practice. There's a reception area, with a sliding barn door that leads to the main studio area. We keep our wooden floor very clean because of yoga students. Perfect for photoshoots, workshops, small intimate circles, bridal showers, or any wellness / creative events. Easy access from the street, and 1 block from the N, W and R train at Queensboro Bridge. Please note no loud music/noise is allowed to respect our neighbor's space.

A New York styled industrial loft, with high ceilings, white brick walls, and exposed pipes. Operated as a beautiful yoga and wellness studio. Spanning over 2,500 square feet, this spacious sanctuary serves multi-use purpose. It has an upright piano, singing bowls, gong, and a collection of guitars. Perfect for wellness activities, photoshoot, films, special event, bday celebrations, and creative workshops. Full kitchen, shower and 2 bathrooms. Roof patio access.

Our beach bungalow has a big open kitchen with shaker cabinets, retro stove and fridge, exposed shelves and large soapstone island. It is connected to the living room with large west-facing windows. All three bedrooms can be used, one of them is an actual bedroom, one is a study, and the other is a guestroom with twin bed. There is also a front yard and back yard as well as storage under the house. It is available for photo and film shoots. Bungalow is 3 blocks from the beach and 3 blocks from the bay. In-person scout recommended. The house is elevated 8 ft, 1 flight of stairs are required to get to the door. Important note for film shoots with dialogue/sound: The location is close to JFK meaning you will be able to hear air traffic.

Hi there! I'm Vicky, and my apartment is a bit like Mickey Mouse's clubhouse a place filled with welcoming vibes. The space is flooded with natural light through numerous windows, and the expansive kitchen area is perfect for hosting events. My bathroom adds to the overall cleanliness of the place. Please note that there is no elevator, and it's a fourth-floor walk-up – sorry about that, I know the struggle. If you choose to rent my space, rest assured that you'll not only gain a fantastic host but also create unforgettable memories for your event!
