Hello, thanks for looking at our place. The house's simple and timeless design evolves around sunlight, enjoyment of nature and symbolizes the famous modern California lifestyle in its best form. It was built in 1963 and has a few mid-century modern touches, but still feels as fresh as 1963. It is a great backdrop for many event and production types and is easy to adjust for your specific needs or style vision.
Please host your event in our open social spaces, on the extra large and deep deck or the 1 acre garden.

Rate quoted is for up to 5 people. Each added person is $10 per hour.
The following spaces are included. OTHER SPACES POSSIBLY AVAILABLE, ONLY if agreed to in writing. Anything not agreed to in writing cannot be filmed, or entered.

All interior spaces described are on the same floor. All other spaces and floors cannot be entered without prior written approval.
Rules:
1) Please keep in mind that people live in the mansion and treat them with respect.
2) While your rental allows access to the rooms stated, your team may only be in TWO rooms at a time. This enables you to have one room on camera, while the crew is in an adjacent room off camera. You may not "take over" three rooms at a time.
3) The foyers are the most difficult place to shoot, because they are needed for passage between rooms. If you elect to shoot in a foyer, please be respectful of the residents' need to pass through.
4) The kitchen is not available. It is reserved for use of the residents.
5) Out of respect for residents, please use ONLY the basement bathroom.
6) Street parking is consistently very easy. On-site parking MAY be available IF arranged in advance. No on-site parking without prior arrangement.
7) Due to ongoing improvements, and the challenges of constantly updating photos, decor may differ from posted photos.
8) No violence may be depicted on the property. Nudity is allowed, but NOT waist down, frontal.
9) Owner may provide rights to film some of the artwork, without charge. To be filmed, this artwork must be explicitly stated, in writing. Filming any artwork or copyrighted material without owner’s written approval is at your own legal risk.
10) Anyone not on camera shall wear shoe coverings.
11) Please clean up after yourselves.
My space is a 1,980 sq ft. full-service photography studio in Walnut Creek, available for rent by the hour, day, or week. We have professional photography, lighting, and grip rental gear on-site, and our staff of pro photographers are ready to assist in nailing any concept you bring us.

This 3000 sq. ft. modern warehouse offers two-stories of open concept space, a roof terrace, and an indoor home theatre. A unique location, perfect for your corporate gatherings, workshops and creative productions.
The space is located right in the centre of the SoMa neighbourhood - a short walking distance to Union Square and the Financial District. Major freeways and transportation are also easily accessible. The space comfortably fits 80 to 100 people and have two restrooms on-site. We have additional folding tables, and chairs. Complimentary use of our state-of-the-art Epson projector, Wifi, Apple TV, Sonos audio system are also available.
Guest are welcome to arrange their own catering and beverage services. If you're in need of suggestions, please contact us directly.

Some call it Napa's hidden gem or best-kept secret, others might call it a beautiful assortment of the bizarre. But this amazing property has an outdoor sculpture garden in California wine country. Approximately 1,600 works from more than 800 artists are scattered across 217 gorgeous acres. And even if you're not into art, you'll still enjoy strolling the premises and the beautiful scenery, which includes a lake and an olive grove.
Our venue is a 45,000sq feet outdoor sports facility located in the heart of Mission Bay in San Francisco. It consists of 2 synthetic grass soccer fields, a volleyball court, pickle ball court and picnic area. We host sports events, company outings, party's and many other types of social events.
Great for corporate and private receptions, fundraisers, book signings, launch parties, and smaller team or board offsites. Not a good fit for dance parties or other raucous activities. Has been used in many photo shoots. Two adjoining gallery rooms and an upstairs loft/lounge area that overlooks the main space. Incredibly convenient location -- three blocks from Moscone Center, two blocks from 280 and 80/101, two blocks from ballpark, one block from Caltrain and Muni, plenty of parking nearby. Vibrant South Park area is safe and full of great restaurants, bars, and breweries. Cool art on the walls impresses your guests. Fits up to 70-80 people at cocktail receptions, 50 seated in loft and up to 30 in main rooms. Small prep kitchen with fridge, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Rental add-ons include chairs, cocktail tables, glassware, and AV equipment. NOTE: We define "Meetings" as fewer than 20 people and taking place during business hours. "Events" are greater than 20 people and can take place day or night.
Stunning, Wild Ocean View Ranch perched between the 700 and 900 ft. level overlooking the big blue pacific ocean with wide open expansive panoramic views reaching all the way from Pt. Reyes, the Farallon Islands, down towards Pescadero and Santa Cruz coast as well as up to skyline summit. A hilltop property with over 200 acres, containing a diverse range of terrain and location options, old growth cypress forests, eucalyptus forests, cabins and barns from the 1800's, multi layered views of redwood forests, mountains, ridge lines, ponds and wildlife. Access roads, parking, turn arounds, electrical, water, high speed internet, office on request, and modern amenities combined with the spectacular natural setting make this the ideal location for shooting stills, film, video and drone footage. Shooting with drones could not be more ideal with drop offs on all sides of the property and no restrictions. This is a show-up and shoot property enabling an expedited shoot without all the time consuming hoops to jump through. As former production assistants in the film and photo business were excited about every shoot that comes to our property - we also have intuitive and experiential knowledge of how to help your shoot run smooth. We're here to help in every way possible and have abundant resources at the property in order to optimize our assistance.
