The house has recently been remodeled in the style of California Craftsman with wooden casement windows. The Craftsman home has Brazilian Red Cherry floors. The guest ADU unit is in the back of the property and used to be an external garage. Yes, there is a long driveway to the ADU. The backyard is enclosed by double gates, a fence, and the main house. The front yard and the backyard are exquisitely manicured. To top it all off there is a white picket fence in front of the house which has a wooden gate that invites you in! p.s. Your privacy is important to us. All rooms have shades. We also have a shoji screen in case you need to be private about your project.

This room has 3 spacious desks with 3 chair. A computer monitor and a 50+ inch TV. You're welcome to use the kitchen, ping pong table, couches in the main area. We even have an 8 person conference room available per request, along with whiteboards and a TV for presentations.

The space includes a reception area and office area. It would be a great space to get some work done with a beautiful glass desk and printer available. Also could be great for a small meeting. The space features a zero gravity chair where you could actually relax and recharge. Free and easy parking in this Class A building.
