An incredible gem in heart of West Hollywood!! The light here is unbeatable. The studio has north facing large window wall making it perfect for photo shoots. A cute pink kitchen and lush dressing room makes a beautiful backdrop. The outdoor space can be dressed with lots of vignettes to shoot in. We are respectful of our neighbors so no exterior shots before 10am or after 5pm. This is a work in progress so will keep images updated. We also offer an extensive archive and luxury designer clothing rental. This would work perfectly for yoga or sound baths.

This spacious house is located in the heart of West Hollywood. The grounds feature a stunning 1,974 sq. ft open floor plan with high ceilings, beautiful wood floors, multi-zone air conditioners and heaters, fireplace, and an abundance of natural light. The entire house is painted white for extra brightness, clean look and feel. All of the furniture is from Gestalt New York, Feelgood Designers, and Friends Founders. The space includes a bedroom available as a changing/wardrobe room and an empty room that is perfect as a production space. We have plenty of space perfect for meetings, conferences, work sessions, etc! Including a conference room with a large table, printer, and tv display available for use, office-wide WiFi, access to the kitchen and main front room for breaks, a larger room off the kitchen for 1-1 meetings or calls, and more. We offer full or half day bookings (8am-2pm / 2pm-8pm). Included in your booking is use of the entire backyard + Guest House. The Guest House is a quaint and private 1BR 1B space that has its own entrance. This beautiful, airy space has air conditioners and heaters, a large abundance of natural light, and a small kitchenette. The Guest House also has its own private deck with outdoor furniture and a hammock for your use. The stunning backyard is located on a .31 acre lot with an 8ft long banquet table, lounge area and a sparkling 8 ft. pool. We encourage you to come check out the space before your desired booking date so ensure it is suitable for your needs. LEAVE NO TRACE\CLEANING: You're in charge to return the house the way you got it. Move furniture back where they belong and leave nothing behind (unless booked for consecutive days). You'll have to pick up all trash around the house (trash bags provided) and take to the bins around the back of the guest house, please do not leave food in the fridge. Cost is $500 per day plus $50 cleaning, $50 insurance and an hourly location manager of $50 per hour. Weekend cost will be $750 a day! Available hours 8am-10pm 7 days per week.
