Our event space is perfect for any gathering. We offer several different layout options within our space depending on the event. With our full basketball court, the space can remain open for activities, or we can have tables, couch, and chairs for seating. The space has a container bar that includes seating for 8, along with a second level over the bar that overlooks the entire space. We have a 150" LED wall which can be split any which way to watch games or project accordingly. Lighting and be dimmed and intimate or bright. The golf simulator is the highest grade out there and offers all of the top courses in the country. This is a great space for birthday parties, wedding receptions, photoshoots, pop-ups or any corporate gathering.

Located In Fulton Market, our studio offers a beautiful quiet and professional workspace for photo shoots & video productions, as well as meetings & events. Space has 60" smart tv, sofa, microwave, mini fridge, mounted backdrops, bluetooth speaker, wifi. We have 700 square ft available with 15 foot ceilings. A separate room that could used as a makeup or dressing room, or even an additional place to shoot. Equipped with a sofa, stylist chair, and 55 inch Tv (Not included inquire to add to booking) White 9' backdrop is included with the booking. Colored paper backdrops are an additional fee at $10 per roll. Current available backdrop colors: White, Artic, Blue, Yellow (gold), Black. This early 1900's warehouse loft was formerly a Prohibition era distillery, then a spring factory for several decades, and was recently converted into a open loft space with an award-winning kitchen design. The space has many original architectural elements including beams from the World's Fair, 14' ceilings, cast iron pulleys and wheels used to power production machinery, solid oak floors and various Chinese and Japanese elements. The kitchen won 2nd place in Signature Kitchens & Baths mag!

Clients can request a fresh coat of white paint up to 48 hours before their rental for a $150 fee. The Cyc floor and walls must be returned in the same condition in which they were rented. Renters are responsible for the labor and materials to return the stage back to clean white per Studio's discretion. The Cyc may be painted a color other than white for a fee of $500 + the cost of paint and supplies. This includes necessary prep, paint, and dry time before and after the rental period to restore the stage to white. All painting must be done by Mainstage staff. All other painting requests will be discussed on a case by case basis.
