The Space

Cre8ive Studio 1-2, an approximately 500 sq foot loft, is our theater space! The space boasts a low stage, outward-facing windows, versatile stage lighting and seating that matches the grand atmosphere of the room. Able to accommodate up to 40 people, Studio 1-2 will be the perfect venue for your next performance or presentation! Made up of 13 individual spaces, Cre8ive can accommodate multi-room bookings and a plethora of different uses. Every studio has Wi-Fi, hardwood floors, and access from dedicated extra wide hallways. Our dynamic spaces are conveniently located just steps from Penn Station/NJ Transit, walking distance from all subway lines, along with several cafes and restaurants. We are on the 2nd floor of a doorman building, with three restrooms (one ADA accessible), and a water dispenser with cold and sparkling water. Our on-site staff are ready to help with anything you need. Suitable for: -Film & Photo Shoots -Meetings -Presentations -Workshops -Interviews/Small Castings* -Fittings -Yoga/Fitness Classes -Dance/Movement Classes -Acting/Improv Classes And more! *For castings and auditions, please tell us if you require a waiting room. Please contact us for a custom offer if you are making a booking for more than one room, multiple days, after hours or to inquire about our student/non-profit discounts. Add-ons/Details: - Flexible furniture options, multiple table sizes, chairs, and Studio 3-4’s permanent conference room set-up included in price -Coffee/tea package is available upon request -If you require any specific A/V, photography, lighting, or other equipment feel free to ask us! Bookings that are less than our minimum hours may be made within 24 hours of the event. If your booking needs to be made further out, please contact us. For schedule optimization purposes, bookings of less than 3 hours may be moved to another room of the same type. Electricity is provided 100% by renewable (wind) energy. We are in the process of launching our new space. Stay tuned for additional amenities and offerings.

Pursuant to Executive Order 228 of NYC, it is required that all visitors to Cre8ve are vaccinated. • Please note that the total number of people given means total number of people that will be coming during the length of your stay. Due to distancing guidelines and our respect to all the other guests, there will be a monetary penalty for additional guests. • NO Alcohol • No Smoking in the building • Prior permission required for pets • Rental time includes set up and break down time • Renter is responsible for any damages to the studio and/or its contents during the Rental Period. Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures Space is cleaned and disinfected in between every client. Fire Safety and Regulations The safety and well being of our guests is our top priority. We are committed to the overall wellbeing of our guests and have taken additional measures to ensure the cleanliness of our space. We have updated and developed cleaning and safety policies to help limit the impact of the COVID-19 spread on our guests and employees. Cleaning We are implementing enhanced cleaning procedures in our space to protect our guests. These include: Our staff is following the cleaning and hygiene guidance recommended by the CDC We are thoroughly cleaning our space and all shared surfaces regularly, before and after each booking, with disinfectant We use detergent to remove dirt, grease, dust, and germs. Once the surface is clean, we spray with a disinfectant. We are providing hand sanitizer and anti-bacterial wipes to our guests We provide essential amenities such as hand soap, paper towels, and tissues, a trash can with foot pedal, paper toilet seat cover dispenser, etc. We ventilate the space before cleaning and it was used Hygiene While our space is in use we ask to please follow these hygiene guidelines: Wash your hands frequently and properly Use your arm or sleeve when coughing or sneezing, and use hand sanitizer regularly Dispose of tissues immediately and wash hands or use sanitizer any time you have used tissues If You Are Sick For everyone's safety, we are asking guests who are displaying even mild flu-like symptoms, including fever, cough, and cold to stay home. Please notify us if you or one of your team members or guests are diagnosed with COVID-19 and have used our space or facilities in the past 30 days. Social distancing We are strongly encouraging our guests to keep social distancing while meeting at our space and will not allow bookings for a large number of participants. Event Services Our vendors providing food and beverages, and other even services, are following our Health & Safety Policy guidelines.
