The first code will allow you to gain entry into the building. The second code will allow you to gain entry into the studio space and will only work during your scheduled booking times. Please take that into consideration when you make the booking. (To avoid extra fees please enter the space 5 min before the booking time and vacate the space 5 min before the end of your booking time). -No smoking, vaporizers, smoke/fog machine in the building. Penalty Fee $200 -No heavy furniture (sofa, dinner table, etc.) on the CYC wall. Penalty Fee $200 -No water, liquids, glue, tape of any kind on the CYC wall/any other walls surface. Penalty Fee $200 -No confetti, glitter, feathers, faux moss, petals, smashed cake, paint splashes, smashed glass, ashes, fake snow, soil, sand allowed. Penalty Fee $200 -No guns, alcohol, drugs, smoking on the premises. Penalty Fee $200 -No pointy heels on the CYC wall. Penalty Fee $200 - Fee for a lost key for the studio $100 -No food in the studio. There is a shared kitchen on the floor. -Cancellation/rescheduling is possible only until 7 days before the booking date -For some bookings (large groups shoots, late nights, weekends, etc.) a $200 Security Deposit is required (Zelle, Cash App) - it's fully refundable in the next 1-2 days after the booking if no damages/rules violation occur during the booking. 🎤 I can't guarantee that you will record clear audio in this space. Studio Is not sound proof and is located near CTA subway green line. Usually It's pretty quiet in this studio, but you can hear train every 20 min. Sometimes you can hear my neighbors in the hallway.
