The Space

We are located in the heart of Downtown Dallas, loft features a 1294 sq ft single-story floor plan. HUGE WINDOWS With NATURAL LIGHTING .This 111 year old historical building was once used as A mail order catalog wholesale warehouse and in 2015 underwent a $90 million redevelopment by Marriott before now being called home to over 200+ lofts to enjoy overseeing the sights of Downtown Dallas. Beautiful Exposed brick and worn concrete floors/pillars are framed by 20' ceilings and an abundance amount of natural light from the huge windows. loft features a mix of art deco / Glam designs ..with a little Modern flare .you definitely have to see the loft to completely take in all the beauty. there is Tons of street parking as well as 2 parking lots on both sides of the building within min away... w/direct access. Easy to load/unload. Great location to host your business meetings, meet-ups, and networking events.etc....
