Our bottom floor garden apartment can be an excellent option for a film shoot or a casual space for a baby shower or any other intimate event. My family has lived in Glen Park since the 1970’s and we are happy to open our doors to other artists and community organizers.

This beautiful garden apartment is on the ground floor of a charming Edwardian in Glen Park. It has a warm and quiet atmosphere. It gives a sense of privacy and has wonderful French doors leading to the garden. Perfect for intimate events or small film productions.
