The Space
An eclectic landmark built in 1926 and designed by master architects Morgan, Walls & Morgan, this venue space was originally built as a meeting hall for the independent order of the odd fellows, also known as the three-link fraternity. Upon being re-established o in 2010, we have preserved the grandiose and elaborate charm of the beaux arts and Spanish revival architecture, while constantly updating the space with modern yet timeless elements. Sharing historic culture and charm with updated modern spaces, This venue space is included among Los Angeles's historic sites. As a multi-functional event and filming space, the venue space is designed to be utilized in virtually any capacity and offers a portfolio of environments to host nearly any event or shoot. Boasting over 83,000 square feet with four floors and three mezzanines of versatile spaces, and topped with the renowned 13,000 square foot rooftop with panoramic views of Los Angeles, the possibilities to conceptualize are endless. Weddings, Quinceañeras, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, conventions, corporate events, showers, commercials, movie and tv productions, photo shoots, performances, concerts, art galleries, retail pop-ups and everything in between, this venue space provides the ultimate flexibility to suit your event and impress your guests. Located in the heart of downtown, this venue space is within close proximity to many prominent centers in Los Angeles. The historic landmark is conveniently located near LA Live and the LA Convention Center, and is hugged by the 10, 110, and 5 freeway. Given its pronounced location, this venue space greets hundreds of thousands of passerby Los Angelenos a day. Our luxurious Hollywood Ballroom measures to 113’-10’ x 48'-9 totaling 5,533 sq.ft while the intimate Sunset Ballroom measures to 31’-4’ x 81'-11’ totaling 2,613 sq.ft for a total square footage of 8,146.
