Rent out the space itself or take advantage of a custom production package that we will create during a free consultation with our team. Not sure about our space? No problem, reach out to us and book a tour to see the facilities beforehand! For studio space rentals, guests are responsible for their own equipment, and we ask that you leave the studio in the condition that you found it in. SET UP AND TEARDOWN time should be factored in when you are making your booking. We will set up a check in where you will be notified through text or email when talent arrives. FOOD AND DRINKS All bookings will have access to complementary coffee and water located in the lobby. Free snacks and sodas are located in the greenroom as well. Food may be delivered and eaten in the lobby or greenroom, or you can find restaurants located on the first floor of the building or the apartment building next door. PARKING We recommend that you park all vehicles in the free parking garage located on the east side of the building.
