Located just beyond the walls of our community of 150 creative studios, this 2,500 sq. ft. outdoor space is fit to accommodate an endless range of purposes. Perfect for art exhibitions, launch parties, photo/TV and commercial shoots, trunk shows, day and night events, we provide the ideal venue for any event or gathering. We've created a unique and eclectic ambiance with features such as polished woodwork, colorful murals, unique seating, and natural light. Located on Kent Street, the large garage entrance and open space can accommodate up to 200 guests while still facilitating a free-flow of movement.

The Space

Our meeting room is a comfortable and airy space for any kind of professional gathering. Located within Java Studios, a community of artists and offices in our 30,000 sq. ft. facility, this conference area is wifi-accessible and equipped with a projector, screen, and Apple TV. 8 office chairs are provided alongside the table, but the room can comfortably fit up to 15 people. The lobby/waiting area just outside this room is also available for your use. We also offer a personalized intercom system synched to your phone--just provide your guests with your assigned three digit code. They buzz, your phone rings, and all you have to do is dial 9 on the keypad to unlock the doors. Great for screenings, meetings, auditions, presentations, interviews, conferences, and classes.
