The Space

Sunny, spacious, multi-purpose LOFT Space located in the heart of thriving Chelsea / Nomad. Bright natural lighting with north-facing tall windows. The LOFT Space adjoins a functional kitchen, (no stove), conference room, meeting room, Cyclorama Soundstage, and a Daylight Studio with southern exposure. This is the north studio (approx 1000 square feet) within a 7000 square foot loft and is considered a photographers' favorite. The LOFT Space is equipped with: Whitewood flooring, paper backdrops, unique furniture, basic G & E gear, fully controlled AC/Heating, wired for remote display and sound, studio concierge, wifi, Sonos sound system, private dressing area, vanities, private bathrooms with hair washbasin, equipment rentals, and full production, vanities and photographer/directors available. Ideal for shoots, castings, client meetings, interviews, events, book reading, press events, fitness videos, tabletop, food tasting, wine tastings, and more... South facing daylight studio, 660 sf. (22 x 30 x H 13 ft): 4 large windows with diffusion and blackout curtains Overhead lighting grid White wood flooring Sound studio, 578 sf. (17 x 34 x H 13 ft): Pre-lit 3-sided cyclorama with 3 x Image 47 Kino Flo Overhead lighting grid 95% soundproof/great acoustics The Conference Room can host up to 12 clients with access to a full kitchen, spacious loft, high-speed internet, and a large flat-screen TV. This meeting space is perfect for business meetings, presentations, training, and smaller seminars.
