In the Historic Chelsea building our penthouse space consists of 1200 square ft. Breathtaking magnificent urban and Hudson River views adds sophistication to your professional occasion or event. The space is wonderfully quiet. Very well suited for Fashion presentations, photo/video shootings and more.
