We offer our East Village store in Manhattan for filming, private parties, corporate mixers, birthday celebrations, seminars, concerts, fund-raisers, and company holiday parties. It is also available to rent for your own weekly classes and/or workshops.
Our space is located on the ground floor on the 3rd street (between 1 ave and 2 ave) with big windows. The space is approximately 1,200 sqft with maximum occupancy of 74 people. There are chairs, tables, projector, refrigerator, freezer and free Wi-fi available to use.
Outside food and drink are allowed to be brought in without extra fee.
The event space is a spacious venue that measures over 100 feet long and 18 feet wide, making it ideal for a variety of events such as pop-ups, fashion shows, art galleries, and private gatherings. The space features pristine white walls and ceilings, creating a clean and elegant atmosphere. The marble floors add a touch of sophistication to the overall aesthetic.
The event space consists of two rooms. The main room, spanning over 100 feet in length, serves as the primary area for hosting the event. It offers ample space for guests to mingle, socialize, and enjoy the event's activities. Additionally, there is a side room available, which can be utilized for changing, preparing, or storage purposes. This provides convenience and flexibility for event organizers.
Situated across the park from 34th Street Macy's, the event space enjoys a prime location in the heart of the city. Guests will have easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. Broadway Ave provides elevator access to the venue, ensuring accessibility for all attendees. Alternatively, 6th Ave offers stair access for those who prefer or require it.

The event space comes with Bluetooth and Wi-Fi enabled light bulbs that will allow guests to control the color and lighting of the event. Access can also be granted to the integrated sound system.

Featuring an open space with a capacity of up to 60 people. Fully renovated building with Broadway street entrance with the elevator in the building. The space features professional adjustable lighting along with many different stands for product display. That's a LOFT space with hardwood floors and exposed brick walls giving it a rough yet sharp/clean appeal.
The space comes equipped with surround sound system, stock room, 2 bathrooms, security cameras, alarm system, WiFi, kitchen and a balcony.
Please note the pricing you see on Splacer is not final as it doesn't include our studio manager fee, cleaning fee, Splacer fees or our tiered pricing.
We rent our spaces for 4 categories: meetings, productions, events, and showrooms.
Each category has different minimum hours, pricing, cleaning fees, etc.
We always charge three mandatory standard fees: space rental, cleaning, and studio manager.
Splacer then charges around 8-10% in processing fees.
