Single-storey Costa Rican restaurant on an acute corner of Milwaukee Avenue in a high-traffic area of the Bucktown neighborhood. With the exception of the interior buffet seating along half of the wall space, all tables and chairs are movable. The interior space is incredibly colorful and tropical while the exterior has glass mosaic along the bottom half of the exterior. The entire perimeter of the building has retractable accordion-style windows.

The space is basically new and has tons of room for any event. We have a green screen in here, whiteboards, a kitchen, a dining area, and a full kitchen. This would be a perfect spot for someone who needed to film videos for a website, or a company.

There is a bathroom on the property and central AC/heat. All fixtures are handmade and add a homey feel to the grayscale interior. A small curtained-off dressing room is in the back corner with a selection of vintage art & decor. Classic Chicago exposed vents go across the room along one side of the space.
