We offer our East Village store in Manhattan for filming, private parties, corporate mixers, birthday celebrations, seminars, concerts, fund-raisers, and company holiday parties. It is also available to rent for your own weekly classes and/or workshops. Our space is located on the ground floor on the 3rd street (between 1 ave and 2 ave) with big windows. The space is approximately 1,200 sqft with maximum occupancy of 74 people. There are chairs, tables, projector, refrigerator, freezer and free Wi-fi available to use. Outside food and drink are allowed to be brought in without extra fee.

Please note the pricing you see on Splacer is not final as it doesn't include our studio manager fee, cleaning fee, Splacer fees or our tiered pricing. We rent our spaces for 4 categories: meetings, productions, events, and showrooms. Each category has different minimum hours, pricing, cleaning fees, etc. We always charge three mandatory standard fees: space rental, cleaning, and studio manager. Splacer then charges around 8-10% in processing fees. We always clean the space before and after each booking. For multi-day bookings, we always charge for cleaning services after each check-out. WILL THERE BE AN ON-SITE REP? Yes. Fees are dependent on the number of hours. DO I NEED A CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE?  COI is mandatory for all companies that book us for productions, offsite meetings, and events. Located in the SoHo, this 5,000 sq ft. gallery space is the perfect venue for your next DIY art exhibition, film screening, or photoshoot. The space includes the main level with a small backyard, a basement with two restrooms, and smaller rooms throughout for storage. Please note that the downstairs area should only be used for back-of-house/event prep and *not* event space.

We are a curated small Record Store in the East Village

A laid back office and event space with high design, refined finishes, and wellness amenities. Our available spaces range from small meeting rooms to larger conference areas as well as our Lounge/Cafe, large Forest Room and Wellness studio. Your booking cost includes an onsite event coordinator who can make the planning of you event seamless. Amenities include seating, audio visual, monitors, and partial kitchen with large island for bar or food setup.

Privacy in our smaller rooms available for breakaway sessions. 1-2 People onsite on the day of event or total privacy with someone on call available at any time during your event. High ceilings and exposed brick make this space bright and attractive. Soho is a great get away for your event/meeting! You will love the shopping and vibe of the neighborhood. Guests are encouraged to move and rearrange furniture to best suit your needs. (Please use discretion to not damage or break any furniture items, if you are not able to move them yourself - We can arrange pieces to be moved for you prior to your event) Once again, we have always valued the flexibility of our space and have moved our couches, chairs, Rugs, Tables, etc have easily been stashed away for our parties, or meetings into the smaller rooms (not externally outside of the space) and we encourage you see the space as a place where your imagination is limitless within the four walls.
