Please note the pricing you see on Splacer is not final as it doesn't include our studio manager fee, cleaning fee, Splacer fees or our tiered pricing. We rent our spaces for 4 categories: meetings, productions, events, and showrooms. Each category has different minimum hours, pricing, cleaning fees, etc. We always charge three mandatory standard fees: space rental, cleaning, and studio manager. Splacer then charges around 8-10% in processing fees. This yoga studio features expansive, contemporary design with abundant natural light cascading through its floor-to-ceiling windows. It is immaculately maintained, and its open layout is both inviting and conducive to a peaceful yoga and meditation practice. There's a reception area, with a sliding barn door that leads to the main studio area. We keep our wooden floor very clean because of yoga students. Perfect for photoshoots, workshops, small intimate circles, bridal showers, or any wellness / creative events. Easy access from the street, and 1 block from the N, W and R train at Queensboro Bridge. Please note no loud music/noise is allowed to respect our neighbor's space.

Our spacious 2000 sq ft event space is separated into 4 rooms. 2 fully equipped music production rooms, a state of the art video suite and our gallery style lobby. Each room is uniquely designed to create a fresh ambiance and boasts many amenities including color changing LED lighting, top of the line audio systems and video screens in each room. The video suite is equipped with a massive video wall and moving intelligent lighting. Our space is perfect for hosting album and video releases, recording podcasts, shooting videos, photo shoots, art showcases, or private events.
