Please note the pricing you see on Splacer is not final as it doesn't include our studio manager fee, cleaning fee, Splacer fees or our tiered pricing. We rent our spaces for 4 categories: meetings, productions, events, and showrooms. Each category has different minimum hours, pricing, cleaning fees, etc. We always charge three mandatory standard fees: space rental, cleaning, and studio manager. Splacer then charges around 8-10% in processing fees. The space is primarily used as a storefront for a clothing brand but can also be converted into an event space. The space comes with two wall shelves drilled into the wall, so they cannot be moved. A bar counter top. And there is a single person restroom with art/graffiti on the walls that cannot be removed. Consider this a trendy raw space for your next event, pop-up shop, or gathering.

This yoga studio features expansive, contemporary design with abundant natural light cascading through its floor-to-ceiling windows. It is immaculately maintained, and its open layout is both inviting and conducive to a peaceful yoga and meditation practice. There's a reception area, with a sliding barn door that leads to the main studio area. We keep our wooden floor very clean because of yoga students. Perfect for photoshoots, workshops, small intimate circles, bridal showers, or any wellness / creative events. Easy access from the street, and 1 block from the N, W and R train at Queensboro Bridge. Our facility features two unique locations - a 16,000 square foot outdoor space and a 5,000 square foot indoor space with a restaurant, bar and dance floor. The indoor space features a wooden dance floor surrounded by plants and natural light. It includes a world-class DJ booth, custom high-fidelity sound system, bespoke light rig and haze machine. The dance floor can be used as is or can easily accommodate a custom buildout. For large dinners and presentations, our long bench seats can sit up to 80 people on the dance floor and there are bleachers at one end of the room that can be used as staging. Adjacent to the dance floor is the bar and restaurant area, which features more plants, wooden banquette and bar seating and a full kitchen. Our 16,000 square foot park-like outdoor area, designed by Future Green Studios features a dance floor, picnic tables, a food truck, restrooms, trees and hammocks. Similar to a Biergarten, the space can also be compartmentalized to make small gatherings feel comfortable as well as semi-private rentals. Fire pits and yurts are also available in the winter time. For private events and weddings we offer drink & food packages, security and staffing. Please note that rental fees are dependent on which space is activated and the nature of the event / shoot. 

Welcome to our dance studio, a perfect place for rehearsals, photoshoots, and more. Our studio features a long mirror and high ceilings, providing ample space for a variety of activities. The studio is bathed in natural light, but can also be completely darkened to suit your needs. A door leads directly to the street, offering easy access and convenience. We are happy to rent out the space for rehearsals, photoshoots, and as a rest area for production companies filming in our area who need additional space for makeup, hair, and catering. In addition to this, we are open to dance rehearsals, acting, singing, musicals, various performances, and even acrobatics and aerial performances, as equipment can be hung from the ceiling. A cozy cafe with a garden oasis in the heart of Woodside. Escape from the noise outside and enter a relaxing intimate space with art and books on the walls; Wood floors, exposed brick and beautiful chandeliers. There's a small stage where you can enjoy performances, a presentation, host talks or a poetry reading. The stage can also accommodate a DJ and there is space for dancing. There is a very long bar with one side dedicated to an open kitchen/food prep and can be used as a buffet area. The other side is the coffee/beverage station which is perfect for serving drinks, wine and beer.

We occupy a spacious, open, and bright multi-purpose outdoor space. With a modern 'secret garden' feel and tons of natural lighting, we are fit to host gatherings, events and productions of many types and sizes. Book with us for your next seminar, workshop, photoshoot, hosting auditions, master class, networking event, study session, mastermind group, video shoot, hosting interviews or just a day of co-working to escape the office and get your creative juices flowing! The space has a large and open feel, as well as many sectioned areas that are useful for smaller groups or to allow for privacy. All furniture and layouts are very easily changeable and we can work with mostly all requests. We feature 15 foot high privacy walls running the entire length of the space, a large variety of looks and backdrops, and amazing natural light providing great opportunities for 'golden hour' shooting. We also feature a catering area complete with a food and drink prep station, barbecue grill, foldable tables, and food prep supplies. *Grill access available for an additional charge* More intimate meet ups work perfectly in our space as there are multiple individual working areas. This is great for hosting workshops with break out sessions or having a wide variety of scenery when shooting photo or video. We are also able to fit up to 50 people quite comfortably in both a standing or seated layout. We are easily accessible, located in the heart of the artistic community in the Bushwick, Brooklyn/Ridgewood area . We are conveniently accessed by a quick 10 minute train ride from 14th Street Manhattan (we're half a block from the Halsey Street L train) and a short ride from Downtown Manhattan, Queens, and even the Bronx.
