Our space features a raw warehouse space that includes 25ft ceilings throughout at least 1/2 of the space. We also have a second floor that is available if needed. The space is perfect if bringing props, vehicles, lighting, as well as stage building is needed.

This yoga studio features expansive, contemporary design with abundant natural light cascading through its floor-to-ceiling windows. It is immaculately maintained, and its open layout is both inviting and conducive to a peaceful yoga and meditation practice. There's a reception area, with a sliding barn door that leads to the main studio area. We keep our wooden floor very clean because of yoga students. Perfect for photoshoots, workshops, small intimate circles, bridal showers, or any wellness / creative events. Easy access from the street, and 1 block from the N, W and R train at Queensboro Bridge. Please note no loud music/noise is allowed to respect our neighbor's space.

The studio is bathed in natural light, but can also be completely darkened to suit your needs. A door leads directly to the street, offering easy access and convenience. We are happy to rent out the space for rehearsals, photoshoots, and as a rest area for production companies filming in our area who need additional space for makeup, hair, and catering.
