Our creative studio in Far Rockaway is a great space for a wide variety of productions including interviews, portraits, photo shoots, narrative scenes, recipe videos and more. The apartment has a genial balance of agreeable gray walls and a comfortable cozy vibe. Guests have access to the common space, kitchen, bathroom, basement to load equipment into the elevator and a guest parking lot inside the complex We are literally one block away from Rockaway beach which makes it great, natural light, and comfortable seating.

Cozy and comfortable space located minutes away from the heart of NYC. This clean studio has been used for film production, photography, as well as recording sound and music. The space has been treated for sound, and is equip with everything needed for music production and recording. Located blocks away from major highways, a major airport, and close to hotels and lodging. The price includes our sound engineer/ host, and the lounge includes wifi, TV, cable, air conditioning, and heat. Male and female bathrooms are available on the premises as well. Our space features a raw warehouse space that includes 25ft ceilings throughout at least 1/2 of the space. We also have a second floor that is available if needed. The space is perfect if bringing props, vehicles, lighting, as well as stage building is needed.

Our studio formally know as Dash Studios is a creative work space open to many types of freelancers and artists. Fair sources of Bus and Train Transportation around the area. The area where located in is quite, with disposable parking, park nearby, close to deli and great restaurants.
