Our space features a raw warehouse space that includes 25ft ceilings throughout at least 1/2 of the space. We also have a second floor that is available if needed. The space is perfect if bringing props, vehicles, lighting, as well as stage building is needed.

Spacious and bright daylight studio with great light and views from windows on 3 sides. White brick walls and hardwood floors give a light airy feel and different texture options. Large private bathroom, changing room/hmu area, full kitchen and lounge area adjacent to the main shoot/event space. The freight elevator opens directly into the space. Great for events, exhibits, performance, photo shoots, film/TV shoots, as well as a nice holding space for larger film/tv shoots. In addition to our private space with lounge, the building has a large and lovely communal lobby area and outdoor courtyard.
