Our beautiful gallery is in the heart of downtown Petaluma. There's open floor plan with incredible natural light from the large windows that surround the space. We have rotating art shows, a minimalist aesthetic, and a gracious and welcoming staff. We also offer in-house catering and beverage services. Welcome to our gallery space nestled on Bartlett Street in the vibrant Mission neighborhood of San Francisco. In a striking new construction building, the space is a stunner from the street.
Our gallery space boasts the the highest level of professional lighting, ensuring that each piece of art receives the attention it deserves.
The gallery is divided into two areas with a theatrical construction wall in the center that can easily be changed or removed, with manager's consent. There is a separate office / storage / changing room on the back wall. We have a few pedestals, tables and chairs for tenant's use - availability to be confirmed with tenant.

Bright art gallery filled with live plants + minimal furniture located in the Outer Richmond neighborhood of San Francisco. On Balboa St. along a cute commercial corridor surrounded by nice family homes. Down the street from the historic Balboa Theater and local eateries + cafes.
This is a fully private space with large storefront windows and a street-level entrance. Filled with natural light in the daytime. High ceilings and new LED track lighting. Clean sealed concrete floor. Easy to park neighborhood. Clean bathroom + extra sink in the backroom. Plenty of space for a standing cocktail reception or classroom-style seating. Inquire for occupancy maximums and recommended seating layouts.
Designed by a professional interior designer and equipt with a communal table with 10 stools + a pair of lounge chairs that is already in the space for your use. JBL speaker + wifi are available upon request. Security cameras are on site.
You are welcome to supply alcohol and food on your own. No alcohol/ food minimums and flexible rental hours.
In addition to the rental rate, I have a $150 cleaning fee associated with all rentals. This covers the cost for a cleaner to service the space after your rental and remove all trash.

This Gallery space is a self contained suite, offering even more privacy for groups that require exclusive space for a long session. Multiple tables available available with desk chairs. This multiverse experience is an immersive art and entertainment space that embodies themes of history, culture, and the cosmos by way of stories, laughter, and conversation. Located in the Saint Francis Wood neighborhood on the west side of San Francisco. This intimate, other-worldly space is great for gatherings of any kind for groups of up to 40.

- Weekdays: $3,280 minimum buyout

Our space is a contemporary art gallery which was completely newly renovated as of March 2018. We rotate our contemporary visual art programming monthly within our three separate, but interconnected showrooms which are each open and spacious with 15' ceilings throughout for flexibility with event setups including receptions, offsites, and meetings.
The feel of the space is inviting, fresh, and crisp with even lighting throughout which can be customized for creating warmer and cooler moods which can be distinct in each of the three spaces as we can adjust the lighting color temperature from warm white to daylight.
This space is a loft-style landscape photography gallery. It features 750 square feet downstairs, and about 200 square feet upstairs in an open loft. The front features 18 feet of window light from floor to ceiling and can be accessed by the standard front door, or the optionally-available roll up window garage-style door.
Originally designed as a live/work/retail flex space, it features a small complete galley kitchen, single full bathroom and an open plan loft. The downstairs is typically configured with sofa and mobile art walls. The gallery has fine art photography hanging on the walls and on movable frames.
The exterior of the gallery has a wide 6 foot overhang that provides shade and some shelter from light rain for events that span from inside to outside the gallery. We have multiple sizes of folding tables and folding chair seating for 16 available for your use. The downstairs can comfortably seat 20 people in theater style seating. Guests need to arrange for delivery of rental chairs and tables beyond what we provide.
An Event is defined as a party or any social gathering of any kind with up to 30 people.
A Meeting is defined as a gathering for business or educational purposes with up to 20 people.
Production is defined as producing a creative endeavor with up to 15 people and in a shorter amount of time.
A Secret Garden and Creative Event space filled with textures, angles, natural light and live plants is hidden in one of the most quintessential San Francisco neighborhoods. Located in the heart of Historic Russian Hill you will discover this beautiful home & garden. Creative space, gathering space, working space. A mix of vintage and modern with lots of amenities available. We are feet away from three Michelin starred restaurants, several dining options, amazing coffee purveyors, as well as close to great grocery, hardware and drug stores.
