Our unique training center is located in Miami (Kendall area). Our 780sq/ft space can be use for any professional event. The center is located on the first floor of a professional building and has a max capacity of 40 people (classroom set up). The space can be rented hourly or daily and is perfect for offsite meetings or trainings. Includes wifi, tables, chairs and projector. Space has a private restroom and a small kitchenette. The space we provide is ideal for corporate meetings, hands on training sessions, and more. The space comes with tables, chairs, and a TV for use in presentations if necessary. The layout of the tables and chairs can be adjusted to accommodate the needs of the event taking place.

Our 7,000 square foot flexible office space is located in the historic district of Downtown Miami. It can be used as a company office for the day or for Miami based meetings and visual productions.
An open space has a variety of seating options available such as classroom and theater style. The open space also includes 32 seats at stationary desks with electrical outlets. A large presentation wall with a small stage is available for projections or speakers. A sperate training room is available with seating up to 20.
The space also has limited elevator access so meetings or productions are not interrupted. Hosts are given an access card during their stay so they can help their guests can come to the floor from the building lobby and control guests accessing the floor.
We have a flexible food and vendor policy allows for self-catered events or you may bring in your favorite catering or vendor rental professionals. We just ask that all trash be removed from the site by the caterers. Please note we do not offer any food or beverages onsite. Please bring in anything you would like to serve your guests.
The space is also centrally located to various public transit options including the Miami-Dade Metrorail and Metromover systems as well as trolley and bus routes.
Please note this space is also available for long term lease so we are only booking reservations which are 30 days or less in advance.
Designed for idea exchange. Our board room features WiFi, a wireless projector screen, and audio-visual equipment.
