It has the advantage of looking West directly into the view of THE EMPIRE STATE BUILDING and THE NEW YORKER . It has a makeup station, full kitchen, and is in itself a 2200 sq. ft. shooting space. You get both of these spaces when you rent the ROOFTOP. NOTE: The freight elevator takes you to the 4th floor where the holding space is. From the 4th floor, all equipment there any equipment / people, etc will have to take the stairs 4 flights to the roof.
