We offer our East Village store in Manhattan for filming, private parties, corporate mixers, birthday celebrations, seminars, concerts, fund-raisers, and company holiday parties. It is also available to rent for your own weekly classes and/or workshops. Our space is located on the ground floor on the 3rd street (between 1 ave and 2 ave) with big windows. The space is approximately 1,200 sqft with maximum occupancy of 74 people. There are chairs, tables, projector, refrigerator, freezer and free Wi-fi available to use. Outside food and drink are allowed to be brought in without extra fee.

MUSIC: Talk to our Alexa devices and listen to your favorite station on Spotify! **PLEASE NOTE** - To keep the studio affordable for our clients, we don't charge a standard cleaning fee. So, please upkeep the space and leave it in the way it was presented. Our studio is located in the heart of East Williamsburg. Within walking distance from the Grand Ave and Montrose Ave L train stations. The B43, and Q59 buses also runs nearby the studio. The studio is situated in a historical, industrial-style factory loft. Featuring high ceilings, original hardwood floors, and most importantly a large east-facing factory-style window. As a result, tons of indirect natural daylight floods the space throughout the entirety of the day. Direct golden hour light shines directly through the large windows during sunrise. Along with a dedicated photography area the space also has a multi-use seating area, which is great for Video recordings, interview and audition recordings, and whatever creative ideas you can imagine! Currently, our studio is equipped with Black, Grey, and White, backdrop colors, which are free for your session. We have many other colors, which are can be ordered for an additional 30 dollar fee. At approximately 850 square feet, it is large enough and has the flexibility for multiple uses. The space can host corporate events, presentations, lectures, classes or workshops, social occasions like baby showers, anniversaries, children’s birthday parties, and dinner parties. It can accommodate up to 20 people for a seated event and up to 40 people standing for a cocktail reception. With its expansive windows, the space has an open feel and is filled with natural light. Extra features include a remote controlled HVAC, a coat rack for your guests and a kitchen prep area. We are located at the corner of Ralph and Putnam. The Putnam Avenue side offers a great backdrop for pictures. The store has a classic frontage. Our storefront space has a street level entrance that is wheelchair accessible.
