Hello, thanks for looking at our place. The house's simple and timeless design evolves around sunlight, enjoyment of nature and symbolizes the famous modern California lifestyle in its best form. It was built in 1963 and has a few mid-century modern touches, but still feels as fresh as 1963. It is a great backdrop for many event and production types and is easy to adjust for your specific needs or style vision. Please host your event in our open social spaces, on the extra large and deep deck or the 1 acre garden. Contact us for any questions. We like to make your event special.

This website only allows 20 pics, so it's not possible to show all the details. Rate quoted is for up to 5 people. Each added person is $10 per hour. The following spaces are included. OTHER SPACES POSSIBLY AVAILABLE, ONLY if agreed to in writing. Anything not agreed to in writing cannot be filmed, or entered. Rules: 1) Please keep in mind that people live in the mansion and treat them with respect. 2) While your rental allows access to the rooms stated, your team may only be in TWO rooms at a time. This enables you to have one room on camera, while the crew is in an adjacent room off camera. You may not "take over" three rooms at a time. 3) The foyers are the most difficult place to shoot, because they are needed for passage between rooms. If you elect to shoot in a foyer, please be respectful of the residents' need to pass through. 4) The kitchen is not available. It is reserved for use of the residents. 5) Out of respect for residents, please use ONLY the basement bathroom. 6) Street parking is consistently very easy. On-site parking MAY be available IF arranged in advance. No on-site parking without prior arrangement. 7) Due to ongoing improvements, and the challenges of constantly updating photos, decor may differ from posted photos. 8) No violence may be depicted on the property. Nudity is allowed, but NOT waist down, frontal. 9) Owner may provide rights to film some of the artwork, without charge. To be filmed, this artwork must be explicitly stated, in writing. Filming any artwork or copyrighted material without owner’s written approval is at your own legal risk. 10) Anyone not on camera shall wear shoe coverings. 11) Please clean up after yourselves.

Our view from the apartment windows is of the city skyline and the City Hall dome. Our 800 sqft space is ideal for photoshoots, music videos, food videos, and intimate events. This is a two bedroom one bath apartment on the 9th floor. Our space has a unique and luxurious feel with a lot of natural light. There are floor to ceiling windows with the view of the City Hall dome. Book a night time slot and you'll be greeted with the City Hall dome lit up with various colors depending on the night. Our design forward space was decorated with items from flee markets from around the world and an old library. Combined with our custom furniture, guests feel a warm comfort that is hard to find in the heart of FiDi. The event floor is flexible, able to be cleared of all furniture, setup for a theater style presentation, or modified for workshops in small groups. Our kitchen provides and ideal setting for a provided meal as well as a bartender. Peet's and Philz coffee, hot tea, spa water, and all place settings/utensils are included. The space is accessible from all of the Bay Area, being located right above the Montgomery Station.

Bright art gallery filled with live plants + minimal furniture located in the Outer Richmond neighborhood of San Francisco. On Balboa St. along a cute commercial corridor surrounded by nice family homes. Down the street from the historic Balboa Theater and local eateries + cafes. This is a fully private space with large storefront windows and a street-level entrance. Filled with natural light in the daytime. High ceilings and new LED track lighting. Clean sealed concrete floor. Easy to park neighborhood. Clean bathroom + extra sink in the backroom. Plenty of space for a standing cocktail reception or classroom-style seating. Inquire for occupancy maximums and recommended seating layouts. Designed by a professional interior designer and equipt with a communal table with 10 stools + a pair of lounge chairs that is already in the space for your use. JBL speaker + wifi are available upon request. Security cameras are on site. You are welcome to supply alcohol and food on your own. No alcohol/ food minimums and flexible rental hours. In addition to the rental rate, I have a $150 cleaning fee associated with all rentals. This covers the cost for a cleaner to service the space after your rental and remove all trash. Questions? This 3000 sq. ft. modern warehouse offers two-stories of open concept space, a roof terrace, and an indoor home theatre. A unique location, perfect for your corporate gatherings, workshops and creative productions. The space is located right in the centre of the SoMa neighbourhood - a short walking distance to Union Square and the Financial District. Major freeways and transportation are also easily accessible. The space comfortably fits 80 to 100 people and have two restrooms on-site. We have additional folding tables, and chairs. Complimentary use of our state-of-the-art Epson projector, Wifi, Apple TV, Sonos audio system are also available. Guest are welcome to arrange their own catering and beverage services. Full height and width sliding doors focus on the skyline, so from anywhere in the gallery-like, open -layout home our guests can enjoy both the amazing views as well as the unique spatial qualities of the space. The flexible space of dining & living room, and upper loft, can be used in a variety of layouts, from a conference room setting to a social gathering. The lower floor offers a breakout space has equal views and very tall ceilings. This strikingly modern, 'brutiful' home has no equal in San Francisco. Separate restroom for guest use. Great light through large skylights. Space opens to well-sized, illuminated landscaped backyard. Second in-law apartment with tall ceilings (13') is also available.
