We offer a beautiful 650 square foot , elegantly appointed parlor floor apartment in a 135 year old Brooklyn brownstone that has been completely renovated by New York interior designer, Jarret Yoshida. We've protected as much of the original architectural detail as we could, keeping a very traditional feel to the space. The space includes 11 foot ceilings, original mahogany entry, parlor, closet and bathroom doors, original pine shutters, two magnificent marble fireplaces and more. We updated the space with interior elements and furnishings to make the space feel current, make it feel like what is happening in Brooklyn today. If you need additional time please let us know as early as possible. All bookings are considered "hard-outs" and will be billed OT at a rate of 1.5x the standard hourly rate. At wrap, we will do a video walkthrough to document the condition the space was left in. Anything we can easily clean with a damp cloth or magic eraser is considered normal wear and tear. Any items that require speciality cleaning or repair will be documented and billed accordingly.
